Hallo Liebes Forum,

bin neu hier und habe direkt ein kleines Problem: Während ich heute ganz normal im Internet gesurft habe, bekam ich von meinem AntiVir-Programm Avast eine Meldung, dass sich eine infizierte Datei Namens: "acpipmi.sys" in folgendem Ordner "C:\Windows\System32\drivers" befindet. Infiziert ist die Datei anscheinend mit einem Rootkit Namens Win32:Bubnix-J[Rtk] !

Hab versucht, wie von Avast vorgeschlagen, die Datei in die Quarantäne zu verschieben. Leider kam aber eine Fehlermeldung, dass die Datei nicht verschoben werden kann, da bereits eine andere Anwendung Zugriff auf diese Datei hat!? Nach mehrmaligem Versuch, diese Datei per Avast zu löschen bzw. in Quarantäne zu verschieben, endete das Ganze dann in einem Bluescreen! Hab den Rechner neugestartet und bekam von Avast den Vorschlag, beim Hochfahren einen Scan durchhzuführen, bevor irgendwelche Systemdateien geladen werden. Gesagt...getan wurde von Avast das besagte Rootkit entdeckt und konnte dann noch vor Systemstart, erfolgreich in Qurantäne verschoben werden.

Nun liegt sie da und ich weiß nicht, was ich damit anfangen soll!!?? Soll ich die Datei einfach löschen?? Aber es ist doch eine Systemdatei, die dann in dem "drivers"-Ordner fehlen wird? Und wenn ich sie lösche, ist das Rootkit dann endgültig weg??? Bitte um Hilfe, da ich in Sachen Viren bzw. deren fachmännische Säuberung ziemlich unerfahren bin...! Wie bekomme ich dieses Rootkit endgültig weg von meinem System???

Habe, wie es in den Regeln vorgeschrieben war, Malwarebytes und OTL laufen lassen (MAlwarebytes hat zusätzliche 2 infizierte Dateien gefunden und gelöscht!). Falls Ihr noch irgendwelche Logs benötigt, bitte Bescheid geben...

Art des Suchlaufs: Quick-Scan

Bitte routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten.
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss!

Hallo cosinus,

danke für die Info. Ich hatte mich einfach an die Anweisungen zur Malwarebytes gerichtet und deswegen auch nur den Quick-Scan durchgeführt, wie es vorgegeben war. Habe aber letzte Nacht, wie von Dir vorgeschlagen, noch einen vollständigen Scan durchgeführt. Sind allerding keine infizierten Dateien mehr vorhanden, da gestern schon alles mit einem QuickScan erkannt und behoben werden konnte. Mein bestehendes Problem liegt aber noch in diesem Rootkit, das seit gestern bei Avast unter Quarantäne liegt. Was soll/kann ich damit machen, um dieses Rootkit sicher vom System zu entfernen???

• Lade dir ComboFix hier herunter auf deinen Desktop. Benenne es beim Runterladen um in cofi.exe.

• Dann folgende Anleitung durchlesen und abarbeiten -> CCleaner Systembereinigung

• Schliesse alle Programme, vor allem dein Antivirenprogramm und andere Hintergrundwächter sowie deinen Internetbrowser.

• Starte cofi.exe von deinem Desktop aus, bestätige die Warnmeldungen, führe die Updates durch (falls vorgeschlagen), installiere die Wiederherstellungskonsole (falls vorgeschlagen) und lass dein System durchsuchen.
  Vermeide es auch während Combofix läuft die Maus und Tastatur zu benutzen.

• Im Anschluss öffnet sich automatisch eine combofix.txt, diesen Inhalt bitte kopieren ([Strg]a, [Strg]c) und in deinen Beitrag einfügen ([Strg]v). Die Datei findest du außerdem unter: C:\ComboFix.txt.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn ein Kompetenzler dies ausdrücklich empfohlen hat!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

Ok. Bitte nun Logs mit GMER und OSAM erstellen und posten. GMER stürzt häufiger ab, wenn das Tool auch beim 2. Mal nicht will, lass es einfach weg und führ nur OSAM aus

Anschließend den bootkit_remover herunterladen. Entpacke das Tool in einen eigenen Ordner auf dem Desktop und führe in diesem Ordner die Datei remove.exe aus.

Wenn Du Windows Vista oder Windows 7 verwendest, musst Du die remover.exe über ein Rechtsklick => als Administrator ausführen

Ein schwarzes Fenster wird sich öffnen und automatisch nach bösartigen Veränderungen im MBR suchen.
Poste dann bitte, ob es Veränderungen gibt und wenn ja in welchem device. Am besten alles posten was die remover.exe ausgibt.

Aber eine Frage ist immer noch offen: was mach ich denn bezüglich der infizierten Datei "acpipmi.sys" ?? Die befindet sich ja immer noch bei Avast in Quarantäne...kann ich sie einfach löschen? Und hat das keine Auswirkungen auf mein System, da es sich ja um eine Systemdatei handelt??

Du weißt, was eine Quarantäne ist? Ob da die schädliche Datei drinbleibt oder nicht, das hat keine Auswirkungen. Schädlinge in der Quarantäne können nichts mehr anrichten, sie sind dort isoliert. Du solltest grundsätzlich mit der Quarantäne arbeiten, denn falls der Virenscanner durch einen Fehlalarm was wichtiges löscht, kannst Du notfalls noch über die Quarantäne an die Datei ran.

was eine Quarantäne ist und dass darin befindliche Dateien dort isoliert sind und nichts anrichten können, ist mir selbstverständlich klar! Aber dadurch, dass die besagte Datei nun in Quarantäne ist, fehlt sie ja jetzt in dem Systemordner, wo sich eigentlich hingehört! Ich wollte ja nur wissen, ob es keine Auswirkungen auf die Stabilität meines Systems hat, wenn die besagte System-Datei fehlt!!??

Nur weil was im Systemordner war, heißt das nicht, dass es für das System notwendig ist.
Was machen die Vollscan mit SUPERAntiSpyware und malwarebytes?
