Hallo,

ich habe Windows 7 und musste mich zum ersten Mal mit einem bzw. mehreren Trojanern auseinandersetzen - oder zumindest habe ich zum ersten Mal was davon mitbekommen, einen drauf zu haben. :-/
Vor einigen Tagen hat mein Avira Antivir bei jedem Starten gemeldet, dass ein Trojaner entdeckt worden sei. Die befallene Datei befand sich immer in meinem "\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\"-Verzeichnis, hatte aber verschiedene Bezeichnungen und war entweder eine dll oder exe.
Als Fund wurden immer entweder "TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen2" oder "TR/Banker.Multi.TB" gemeldet.
Daraufhin habe ich angefangen, euer Forum nach einer Lösung zu durchstöbern. Den Leuten mit einem ähnlichen Problem wurde immer empfohlen, den Rechner platt zu machen. Davor habe ich mich etwas gescheut, weil es ja doch viel Aufwand ist, alles wieder neu einzurichten. Deswegen wollte ich zuerst ausprobieren, ob ich mein System nicht doch wieder sauber bekomme.
Außerdem habe ich sicherheitshalber alle meine Passwörter (eMail, online-Banking usw.) geändert, natürlich von einem anderen PC aus.
Dann habe ich zuerst mal die msconfig angeschaut und überprüft, welche Prozesse beim Systemstart automatisch gestartet werden. Für mich als Laie war nichts wirklich Auffälliges dabei, die Programme, die mir nichts gesagt haben, haben sich beim googeln als Windows-Systemprozesse rausgestellt. Ich habe trotzdem insgesamt vier Prozesse deaktiviert, darunter zwei "Tracking-Prozesse" von HP und zwei Prozesse von Adobe. Danach trat die Meldung vom Avira nicht mehr auf, aber ich traue dem Frieden nicht so recht. :-/
Deswegen habe ich nochmal einen vollständigen Systemscan gemacht - Avira hat nichts gefunden. Außerdem habe ich mir von einem Freund eine bootfähige Ubuntu-Distribution geben lassen, hab die gestartet und nochmal einen vollständigen Systemscan mit avast! gemacht - auch der hat nichts gefunden.
Um jetzt aber ganz sicher zu sein, dass ich ihn wirklich entfernt habe bzw. es sich wohl um einen Fehlalarm gehandelt hat (ich glaube ja nicht wirklich, dass ich ihn mit einem der vier Prozesse erwischt habe, das wäre zu großer Zufall), habe ich OTL drüberlaufen lassen.
Ich fände es super, wenn sich jemand von euch mal angucken könnte, ob sich noch was Auffälliges findet, damit ich in Zukunft wieder beruhigt surfen und schlafen kann. ;-)

Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss!

Ich habe das Tool runtergeladen und zuerst als Admin ausgeführt. Da hat es nichts gefunden. Dann habe ich es mit meinem normalen Benutzer ausgeführt. Da hat bereits der Quick-Scan zwei Trojaner gefunden. Das würde zumindest erklären, warum AntiVir zwei verschiedene gemeldet hat.

• Lade dir ComboFix hier herunter auf deinen Desktop. Benenne es beim Runterladen um in cofi.exe.

• Dann folgende Anleitung durchlesen und abarbeiten -> CCleaner Systembereinigung

• Schliesse alle Programme, vor allem dein Antivirenprogramm und andere Hintergrundwächter sowie deinen Internetbrowser.

• Starte cofi.exe von deinem Desktop aus, bestätige die Warnmeldungen, führe die Updates durch (falls vorgeschlagen), installiere die Wiederherstellungskonsole (falls vorgeschlagen) und lass dein System durchsuchen.
  Vermeide es auch während Combofix läuft die Maus und Tastatur zu benutzen.

• Im Anschluss öffnet sich automatisch eine combofix.txt, diesen Inhalt bitte kopieren ([Strg]a, [Strg]c) und in deinen Beitrag einfügen ([Strg]v). Die Datei findest du außerdem unter: C:\ComboFix.txt.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn ein Kompetenzler dies ausdrücklich empfohlen hat!

Combofix - Scripten

1. Starte das Notepad (Start / Ausführen / notepad[Enter])

2. Jetzt füge mit copy/paste den ganzen Inhalt der untenstehenden Codebox in das Notepad Fenster ein.

3. Speichere im Notepad als CFScript.txt auf dem Desktop.

4. Deaktivere den Guard Deines Antivirenprogramms und eine eventuell vorhandene Software Firewall.
(Auch Guards von Ad-, Spyware Programmen und den Tea Timer (wenn vorhanden) !)

5. Dann ziehe die CFScript.txt auf die cofi.exe, so wie es im unteren Bild zu sehen ist. Damit wird Combofix neu gestartet.



6. Nach dem Neustart (es wird gefragt ob Du neustarten willst), poste bitte die folgenden Log Dateien:
Combofix.txt

Hinweis: Das obige Script ist nur für diesen einen User in dieser Situtation erstellt worden. Es ist auf keinen anderen Rechner portierbar und darf nicht anderweitig verwandt werden, da es das System nachhaltig schädigen kann!

Downloade Dir bitte MBRCheck (by a_d_13) und speichere die Datei auf dem Desktop.

• Doppelklick auf die MBRCheck.exe.
  Vista und Win7 User mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"
• Das Tool braucht nur eine Sekunde.
• Danach solltest du eine MBRCheck_<Datum>_<Uhrzeit>.txt auf dem Desktop finden.

habe ich gemacht. Musste etwas nach der Log-Datei suchen, bis ich auf den Trichter gekommen bin, dass sie auf dem Desktop des Admin-Users liegt.

Sieht ok aus. Mach bitte zur Kontrolle Vollscans mit Malwarebytes und SUPERAntiSpyware und poste die Logs.
Denk dran beide Tools zu updaten vor dem Scan!!

So, hab's endlich geschafft.
Malwarebytes hat nichts gefunden (Log im Anhang).
Und SUPERAntiSpyware hat auch nichts gefunden, siehe Log:
