das sieht besser aus

Starte Hijack mit der Option - Scan - und hake diesen Eintrag an

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {3041d03e-fd4b-44e0-b742-2d9b88305f98} - (no file)

klicke auf - fix checked - und beende Hijackthis.
Nach einem Neustart sollte der Eintrag nicht mehr erscheinen.

Überprüfe dein System abschließend mit Malwarebytes und poste das Log hierher.
