Hallo.

Ich bin am Verzweifeln und benötige dringend Hilfe. Ich habe 2 Trojaner.
Hier nun alles Schritt für Schritt:

1. Antivir meldet seit ca. 4 Tagen: TR/Agent.RUO.4 unter C:\Windows\System32\ntnzzm.dll gefunden
2. seit heute kommt auch die Meldung: TR/Agent.RUO.6 unter C:\Windows\System32\drivers\winepph.sys
3. Ich habe nun versucht, alle Forumsregeln zu befolgen und zwar habe ich (dummerweise) zuerst OSAM ausgeführt,
4. danach CCleaner,
5. danach Anti-Malware (wo eigenartigerweise nix gefunden wurde) und
6. anschließend RSIT.
7. Danach habe ich nocheinmal OSAM durchgeführt und poste nun dieses (zweite) logfile hier.
(8. falls interessant: ich benutze IE7, ab und an 3.6)

(Die anderen Ergebnis-Files habe ich gespeichert. Sollten die von Nöten sein, würde ich diese gern als *.zip hochladen und den Link posten. Wo kann man die hochladen?)

kann ich echt nicht empfehlen. Lieber sowas wie Opera oder Firefox, FF mti Adblock+ und NoScript...falls man IE unbedingt braucht könnte IETab interessant sein.

vielen Dank schon mal für deine Hilfe.

Ich bin laut der OSAM-Anleitung vorgegangen. Ich hoffe, dass ich dabei keinen Fehler gemacht habe. OSAM soll nach dem ersten Neustart einen Report über die deaktivierten Einträge anzeigen. Bei mir hat sich ein kleines Fenster geöffnet, dass ich (aus Versehen) weggeklickt habe. Ich dachte, es wird eine Art txt-Datei angezeigt. Nun, beim zweiten Neustart (als nach dem Löschen) kam diese Fenster wieder. Dort stand:
Operation results: Deleted entries: als Registry/Folder: HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\winepph

Das neue logfile siehe unten.

Die Datei konnte ich nicht mehr finden und daher konnte ich sie auch nicht von virustotal auswerten lassen.

Seit heute hatte Antivir nix mehr gemeldet. Also bevor ich deine Antwort abgearbeitet habe. Was heißt das? War der Trojaner schon weg? Oder lässt er sich von Antivir nicht mehr erkennen?

Jup, ist i.O., (hab Deinen Strang übersehen) da wurden nur Cookies gefunden.

PDF-Reader aktualisieren
Dein Adobe Reader ist nicht aktuell, was ein großes Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Du solltest daher besser die alte Version über Systemsteuerung => Software deinstallieren, indem Du dort auf "Adobe Reader x.0" klickst und das Programm entfernst.

Ich empfehle einen alternativen PDF-Reader wie SumatraPDF oder Foxit PDF Reader, beide sind sehr viel schlanker und flotter als der AdobeReader.

Java-Update
Veraltete Java-Installationen sind ein Sicherheitsrisiko, daher solltest Du die alten Versionen löschen (falls vorhanden) und auf die neuste aktualisieren. Beende dazu alle Programme (v.a. die Browser), klick danach auf Start, Systemsteuerung, Software und deinstalliere darüber alle aufgelisteten Java-Versionen. Lad Dir danach von hier das aktuelle Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) herunter und installiere es.
