Hallo allerseits,

Leider hat meine Mutti ein Problem und ich muß ihr helfen:

Sie wohnt im Ausland, hat ein Laptop mit Win XP und hat sich irgendwas eingefangen. Ihr Vodafone Surfstick funktioniert nicht oder wenn, dann geht Skype nicht. Sie war schon mehrmals in einem PC-Laden, aber jedesmal verlangt man 30 € von ihr und installiert einen Mist wie Panda Antivirus und entfernt angeblich Viren, Trojaner etc.

Jetzt hab ich mir vorgenommen, eine CD zu stricken, mit deren Hilfe meine Ma ihren Laptop sauber kriegt und dieses Board hier per Suche gefunden.

Ich lese gerade das hier und habe es ausprobiert auf meinem PC:

Bitte bitte helft mir und gebt mir Tips, was ich auf die CD unbedingt draufbrennen sollte, damit wenn meine Ma mit F8 WinXP im abgesicherten Modus bootet, sie ein Programm ausführt, das alles findet und löscht, was sie sich eingefangen hat?
