Mach bitte ein neues OTL-Log. Bitte alles nach Möglichkeit hier in CODE-Tags posten.

Wird so gemacht:

CustomScan mit OTL

Lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop. Falls schon vorhanden, bitte die ältere vorhandene Datei durch die neu heruntergeladene Datei ersetzen, damit du auch wirklich mit einer aktuellen Version von OTL arbeitest.
  • Starte bitte die OTL.exe.
    Vista und Win7 User mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"
  • Setze oben mittig den Haken bei Scanne alle Benutzer
  • Kopiere nun den kompletten Inhalt aus der untenstehenden Codebox in die Textbox von OTL - wenn OTL auf deutsch ist wird sie mit beschriftet

BKA Trojaner! System neu aufsetzen? Wenn ja,was ist zu beachten?



Der Scan hat leider wieder nur im abgesicherten Modus funktioniert,allerdings tauchte der Fehler im normalen Modus dieses Mal später auf (2x nach derselben Zeit)
Im abgesichtern Modus kam er dann auch einmal,aber irgendwie konnte ich ihn wegklicken und der Scan lief weiter ..
Ich weiß nicht inwiefern das hilft,aber das war als unten grade etwas mit "looking at folder structure..... desktop.ini" stand

Das mit den Netzwerkadaptern ist mir noch nicht ganz klar was du da genau mit meinst. Wird kein Netzwerkadapter generell aufgelistet also auch schom im Gerätemanager nicht? Oder wird das Teil mit einem Ausruefezeichen belegt bzw. was genau meinst du damit?

Screenshot würden sei sowas sehr viel aussagekräftiger sein!

Was als Erstes meine Aufmerksamkeit erregt hatte,war,dass unten beimNetzwerksymbol ein rotes Kreuz stand.

Internetzugriff etc. funktionierte auf meinem heimnetzwerk einwandfrei.Deshlab bin ich davon ausgegangen,dass es nur ein kleiner Fehler ist,der nicht weiter stört.

Als ich dann unterwegs war und meinen Laptop mit zwei verschiedenen Netzwerken (ein bereits bekanntes und ein unbekanntes) verbinden wollte und es bei letzterem gar nicht funktioniert hat,hab ich nochmal genauer nachgeschaut.
Im Gerätemanager schaut zwar alles normal aus --> hxxp://saved.im/mtg4mjgxnnew/unbenannt.png
aber wenn ich beim Netzwerk das Adaptermenü öffne kommt gar nichts.
Ich bin nicht sicher allerdings sollte das glaube ich nicht sein -> hxxp://saved.im/mtg4mjgzchi1/adaptermenue.png
Ich habe mal bei den Diensten nachgeschaut und der Adapter ist gar nicht aktiviert (denke ich)

Meine vermutung ist,dass hier der Fehler liegt.
Ich hoffe ich konnte mich etwas verständlich machen >-<

Downloade dir bitte ESET's ServiceRepair.exe auf deinem Desktop.
Doppelklick auf die Datei und bestätige die ersten Nachricht mit Yes.

Das Tool wird einen Neustart verlangen, dies bitte zulassen.

Es wurde jetzt ein Ordner mit Namen "CC Support" erstellt und darin befindet sich glaube ich das Log vom Fix.

Ich hatte gehofft,das vermeiden zu können,aber was muss,das muss.
Darf ich hier auch noch eventuelle Fragen zum Neuaufsetzen posten?
Beim Querlesen tun sich bei mir nämlich schon wieder ein paar Unsicherheiten auf :/

Jetzt möchte ich mich allerdingst erstmal in aller Form bedanken!
Ich fühle mich hier wirklich in guten Händen und ich bin dankbar,dass du dir soviel Zeit genommen hast (und vielleicht sogar nochmal für's Neuaufsetzen nehmen wirst) um mir und anderen Usern zu helfen!!
