Absturz bei Adaware und escan - Scan, unregelmäßiger Bluescreen, ntkrnlpa.exe

Hallo und vielen Danke, dass du dich um mein Problem kümmerst!

Ich habe beide Dateien heruntergeladen, doch beim Ausführen von ComboFix kommt erneut der Bluescreen. Habe es zweimal versucht und beide male einen Bluescreen erhalten. Die Datei wurde in "Combo-Fix" umbenannt.
Den MBRCheck habe ich bis jetzt noch nicht gestartet, weil ja in deiner Anleitung der ComboFix zuerst genannt wird...


Beim ersten Versuch meldet BlueScreenView folgende Treiber im Stack:

sptd.sys
ntkrnlpa.exe

und liefert folgende Bluescreen-Meldung:



A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer.

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: ntkrnlpa.exe

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow

Beim zweiten Startversuch von ComboFix seien folgende Treiber im Stack:
