Hallo zusammen,

erstmal recht herzlichen Dank für Euer Forum. Nur mit Hlfe von Lesen alter Einträge kann ich zumindest wieder mit meinem Rechner ins Internet

Zu meinem Problem. Erstes Problem bin ich, weil ich nicht wirklich viel Ahnung von Computern habe, aber ich habe versucht soweit zu kommen wie möglich.

Ich habe Windows Vista und hatte (habe) den Solution Pro-Virus. Ich hatte alle typischen Anzeichen, die man im Netz zu findet. Selbstverständlich habe ich das Produkt nicht gekauft und habe innerhalb 5 Minuten nach Erkennen mich von meinem WLAN-Netz getrennt.
Als Firewall nutze ich nur die Windows-Firewall und als Virenscanner den Antivira Antivir Personal. Die Virenscanner hatte Solution Pro nicht erkannt.
Als Browser hatte IE verwendet, bin jetzt aber umgestiegen auf opera.

Was habe ich seither gemacht:
1. rkill runtergeladen und mehrmal laufen lassen. Prozesse wurden dann gestoppt. (logfiles gibt es alle im Anschluss an meine Ausführungen)

2. malewarebytes runtergeladen und laufen lassen (quick scann). 4 infizierte Dateien gefunden. Die habe ich gelöscht.

Danach lief alles wieder bestens, sofern ich das beurteilen kann. Ich habe mich dann etwas eingelesen in die Sicherheitsthematik und habe einige Windows-Dienste ausgeschaltet.

Einen Tage später habe ich dann CCleaner runtergeladen und laufen lassen. Hat einen sehr sinnvollen Eindruck gemacht, weil sehr viel gelöscht wurde. Danach war der Rechner merklich schneller. Habe CCleaner wie beschrieben mehrmals laufen lassen.
Anschliessend habe ich nochmals Malewarebytes als quick scann gestartet. Ohne weitere Befunde. Schlussendlich habe ich dann noch das RSIT gestartet.

So, ich denke bis hierhin habe ich keine bösen Fehler gemacht. Jetzt habe ich als Ergebnis logfiles mit denen ich nichts mehr anfangen kann.

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn mir jemand diese "übersetzen" kann und ggf. sagt was, ob noch irgendwelche Aktionen nötig sind. Mir ist bewusst, dass Neuaufsetzen das beste wäre, aber auch das habe ich noch nie gmeacht und würde es gerne vermeiden, wenn es irgendwie geht.

Achja noch was: nach den ganzen Aktionen geht mein WLAN nicht mehr, aber mit normalem Kabel komme ich ins Internet. Ich denke nicht, dass was mit dem Virus zu tun hat, vermute eher, dass ich vielleicht einen Dienst zu viel ausgeschaltet habe....

Weil CCleaner anders arbeitet als OTL. Kann auch sein, dass CCleaner nicht alle Temp-Bereiche erwischt.

Und warum wurden einige Order siehe oben rumbewegt?

Evtl. musst Du den Ordner D:\Auto wiederherstellen. Sah schädlich aus. Aber nachdem ich gesehen hab, was da an Unterordnern drin ist, wohl eher legitim...

Ein Leitfaden und Tutorium zur Nutzung von ComboFix

• Lade dir ComboFix hier herunter auf deinen Desktop. Benenne es beim Runterladen um in cofi.exe.

• Dann folgende Anleitung durchlesen und abarbeiten -> CCleaner Systembereinigung

• Schliesse alle Programme, vor allem dein Antivirenprogramm und andere Hintergrundwächter sowie deinen Internetbrowser.

• Starte cofi.exe von deinem Desktop aus, bestätige die Warnmeldungen, führe die Updates durch (falls vorgeschlagen), installiere die Wiederherstellungskonsole (falls vorgeschlagen) und lass dein System durchsuchen.
  Vermeide es auch während Combofix läuft die Maus und Tastatur zu benutzen.

• Im Anschluss öffnet sich automatisch eine combofix.txt, diesen Inhalt bitte kopieren ([Strg]a, [Strg]c) und in deinen Beitrag einfügen ([Strg]v). Die Datei findest du außerdem unter: C:\ComboFix.txt.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn ein Kompetenzler dies ausdrücklich empfohlen hat!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

Ok. Bitte nun Logs mit GMER und OSAM erstellen und posten. GMER stürzt häufiger ab, wenn das Tool auch beim 2. Mal nicht will, lass es einfach weg und führ nur OSAM aus

Anschließend den bootkit_remover herunterladen. Entpacke das Tool in einen eigenen Ordner auf dem Desktop und führe in diesem Ordner die Datei remove.exe aus.

Wenn Du Windows Vista oder Windows 7 verwendest, musst Du die remover.exe über ein Rechtsklick => als Administrator ausführen

Ein schwarzes Fenster wird sich öffnen und automatisch nach bösartigen Veränderungen im MBR suchen.
Poste dann bitte, ob es Veränderungen gibt und wenn ja in welchem device. Am besten alles posten was die remover.exe ausgibt.

Du hast nur eine Platte im Rechner?
Betriebssystem ist Windows Vista, MBRCheck erkennt aber Windows 2008-Bootcode. Hast Du Win2008 oder Vista? Vllt mal mit Windows 2008 gespielt?

Hm, also ich hab definitv Vista und hab mit Windows 2008 nichts zu tun. Zumindest nicht dass wüßte. Hab lediglich die Windows Anzeigenart auf klassisch umgestellt und halt nicht auf Vista gelassen, aber das dürfte ja damit nix zu tun haben. Seither hatte ich auch keine Probleme mit dem Rechner, also kein Start mit irgendwelchen externen Datenträger gemacht. Von daher...?

Ansonsten meine ich nur eine Platte zu haben, technischer Stand wie bei Auslieferung. Die sind aufgeteilt in C und D un geben zusammen rund 110 GB.

So, ich als alter Computer-Hase lehne mich mal aus dem Fenster und behaupte alles ist gut

Aber nun kommen meine weitergehenden Expertenfragen, bitte festhalten:

1. War denn nun noch was böses drauf, was wir innerhalb der letzten zwei Tage gelöscht haben?

2. Ich habe ganz zu Beginn das rkill und Malewarebytes mit einem Stick auf meinen Rechner gebracht, weil ich nicht mehr ins Internet konnte. Muss ich den Stick formatieren oder hat der höchstwahrscheinlich gar nichts.

3. Kannst Du irgendwas sehen, was ich wpmöglich zu viel ausgeschaltet habe, dass mein WLAN nicht mehr funktioniert (=> Fehlermeldung : Der Abhängigkeitsdienst oder die Abhängigkeitsgruppe konnte nicht gestartet werden.)

4. Kann ich alle Programme und files der letzten zwei Tage löschen oder sollte ich die zu irgendeinem Zweck aufbewahren

5. Kannst Du mir eine Empfehlung geben, wie ich mich zukünftig besser schütze, d.h. welche Programme ganz konkret soll ich verwenden? Macht es z.B. Sinn den CCleaner (der hat mich beeindruckt ) monatlich drüberlaufen zu lassen?
Allgemeine Hinweise brauche ich keine mehr, hab schon einiges dazu gelesen. Ich werde jetzt auch noch einen Benutzer mit wenigen Rechten anlegen, mit dem ich dann zukünftig ins Internet gehe.
