WLAN Verbindung bricht immer wieder grundlos ab

Hallo zusammen,

ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen, denn langsam bin ich echt verzweifelt :/ Habe schon Vieles versucht.

Die WLAN Verbindung auf meinem Laptop bricht immer wieder plötzlich ab. Manchmal nur einmal am Tag, manchmal mehrmals. Ein Wiederaufbau der Verbindung klappt nicht, das Einzige, was dann hilft ist ein Neustart. Ich weiß, dass es nicht am Internet liegt, denn mit allen anderen Geräten (Handy, Tablet, usw.) läuft es einwandfrei.

Habe ein Asus F555LB Notebook mit Windows 10 Home, 64 Bit. Habe bereits versucht, den WLAN Kartentreiber zu aktualisieren.

Hallo noch mal. Habe das nun einige Tage getestet. Über ein Netzwerkkabel ist die Verbindung stabil, keine Abbrüche.

Da kann es mehrere Ansätze geben. Wlan-Treiber aktualisieren, Standort ändern, Infrastruktur anpassen.

Hi felix. Hatte auf der Asus Support Seite den folgenden Treiber installiert: Realtek Wireless Lan Driver and Application. Hat nicht geholfen. Der ist aber auch schon von Oktober 2015.

Meinst du mit Standort den des Routers? Weil mit andern Geräten habe ich das Problem ja nicht.

Und was meinst du mit Infrastruktur anpassen?

Welche Infos bräuchtet ihr denn noch?

@stefanbecker: Habe die Energiesparoption des Adapters abgeschaltet. Werde das mal beobachten. Danke für den Tip.

Nun probiere erstmal die Energiespareinstellungen. Evtl. auch mal die Tipps im Link lesen & prüfen. Muss nicht alles passen, weil telekomspezifisch.

Zum Aufstellen eines Routers gibt es bei Tante Google tonnenweise Abhandlungen

Auch die Positionierung des Rechners sollte bedacht werden.
Mit Infrastruktur meinte ich, wenn durch örtliche Gegebenheiten der Empfang einfach Sch... ist, sollte man über Sachen wie Rangeextender, Accesspoints usw. nachdenken.

Das Problem liegt ja nicht am Router oder der Infrastruktur, sondern am Laptop. Denn wie gesagt, mit anderen Geräten (auch anderen Notebooks) existiert das Problem nicht.

@stefanbecker: Dektivierung der Energiesparoption des Adapters hat leider nicht geholfen, hatte eben wieder einen WLAN-Abbruch :/

Ich würde als nächstes mal den WLAN Adapter des Laptops deaktivieren per Systemsteuerung / Gerätemanager. Und dann einen USB-WLAN Stick probieren.

Ich hatte das gleiche Problem beim Laptop meiner Frau. Alles probiert, nichts gefunden. Der kleine USB WLAN Dongle stört nicht groß und damit läuft die Verbindung stabil, kein Ausfall mehr seit dem.
