Plagegeister aller Art und deren Bekämpfung: Windows Reporting funktioniert nicht mehr, Firewall startet nicht, Windows Explorer stürzt ab

Windows Reporting funktioniert nicht mehr, Firewall startet nicht, Windows Explorer stürzt ab



Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Laptop. Dieses ist seit heute aufgetreten, dabei kommt ständig die Fehlermeldung Reporting funktioniert nicht mehr. Danach habe ich im Windowssicherheitscenter geschaut und gesehen das die Firewall aus ist, diese lässt sich auch nicht starten. Als Antiviren Programm benutze ich Antivir, dieses zeigt mir aber keine Fehler oder Viren an. Deshalb versuchte ich anschließend ein anderes Virenprogramm zu installieren, dies schlug aber egal bei welchen Programm fehl, indem der Windows explorer abstürzte.

Da ich keine Ahnung davon habe was es sein könnte bitte ich euch um Hilfe. Das einzige was ich hinbekommen habe ist der Scan mit OTL, hab ich hier im Forum gelesen.

Bitte nun routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten.
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss!

ESET Online Scanner

  • Hier findest du eine bebilderte Anleitung zu ESET Online Scanner
  • Lade und starte Eset Online Scanner
  • Setze einen Haken bei Ja, ich bin mit den Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden und klicke auf Starten.
  • Aktiviere die "Erkennung von eventuell unerwünschten Anwendungen" und wähle folgende Einstellungen.
  • Klicke auf Starten.
  • Die Signaturen werden heruntergeladen, der Scan beginnt automatisch.
  • Klicke am Ende des Suchlaufs auf Fertig stellen.
  • Schließe das Fenster von ESET.
  • Explorer öffnen.
  • C:\Programme\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt (bei 64 Bit auch C:\Programme (x86)\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt) suchen und mit Deinem Editor öffnen (bebildert).
  • Logfile hier posten.

Hallo Arne, danke erstmal für deine Tipps.

Ich habe jetzt versucht das Malware zu installieren sowie eset, naja leider klappt das bei keinem der beiden mein Explorer stürzt dabei jedes mal ab. Weiterhin funktioniert auch meine Firewall noch nicht wieder.

Was kann ich noch tun?

So das habe ich eben auch probiert Explorer stürzt auch hier ab.
Als Fehler beim Explorer Absturz zeigte er mir 0x75bb14f5

Ich würde erstmal versuchen rauszufinden, ob die Abstürze nur unter Windows auftreten oder auch unter anderen Betriebssystemen.
Lad dir mal sowas wie Knoppix oder Ubuntu herunter, brenn die iso Datei per Imagebrennfunktion auf eine CD und boote den Rechner davon.
Teste dann mal ausgiebig das System unter Linux und berichte ob es dort normal läuft.

Danke erstmal für deine Hilfe, ich hatte versucht das mit Linux zu machen aber da ich mich nicht so damit auskenne, habe ich versucht mein System wiederherzustellen, alles Daten hab ich zuvor auf eine externe Festplatte kopiert.

Jetzt funktioniert alles wieder soweit. Wollte nur noch fragen wie oder ob ich jetzt noch überprüfen soll, ob noch etwas von dem Virus, wenn es denn einer war noch da ist?
