Habe ein Problem:Gelbes Dreieck in der Taskleiste!

Hallo Leute,

ich habe ein Problem und um dieses zu lösen hab ich auch schon geGoogelt aber nichts gefunden was meinem Problem zu 100% entspricht.

also ich habe ein Notebook (win Vista HP) und in der taskleiste wird ein gelbes dreieck angezeigt das auf keine meiner aktionen reagiert. Wenn ich darauf klicke (egal ob links oder rechts) passiert gar nichts. Ich hab auch schon mal mit HijackThis gescannt aber nichts gefunden:
