Problem: Bluescreen, Diskfailure, Error



Hey Leute, ich habe folgendes Problem.

Wenn ich meinen Laptop hochfahre, kommt als erstes das HP logo und dann startet normalesweise Windows. Letztens ist der aber nach dem HP logo bei einem Schwarzen Bildschirm haengen geblieben. Nach einiger Zeit kommt dann die Nachricht. Disk Failure. Anscheinend ist also die Festplatte kaputt.

Mein System:
Windows XP Professional
Version 2002
SP 3
Intel(R) Pentium(R) M
Processor 1,73 GHz
798 MHz, 0,99 GB RAM

Oft startet aber auch Windows und alles laeuft super. Gestern hatte ich 2 Bluescreens nach dem Starten. Dann ist mein Laptop abgestuerzt. Beim naechsten Start kamen folgende Fehlermeldungen:

Die beiden Bluescreens haben unterschiedliche Ursachen:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Dieser Fehler kommt von einem Treiber. Versuche mal die Treiber upzudaten.

Im Ordner "C:\Windows\Minidump" sind Dateien, von dem Bluescreen, in denen noch mehr Informationen zum Bluescreen stehen. (Normalerweise auch welcher Treiber usw. es verursacht hat) Zum lesen der Datei braucht man "Debuggingtools für Windows"

Ich habe folgendes Programm runtergeladen:

Aber es kann die Dateien nicht oeffnen.

Okay ich habe es geschafft
Ich habe 4 dmp files.
Was ich noch hinzufuegen wollte... beim Starten vom Laptop oeffnet sich automatisch der Hardwareinstaller und will eine hardware installieren. Im Geraetemanager steht bei andere Geraete dass da Treiber anscheinend fehlen. (PCI Modem, PCI komunikationen kontroller, USB controller und ein unbekanntes geraet)

Der Windows Debugger ist kein Spielzeug und etwas komplizierter in der Nutzung. Du hast es jetzt zwar geschafft die dumpfiles zu öffnen, aber leider kann man mit deinen logs nix anfangen weil du einen wichtigen Schritt nicht gemacht hast. Es fehlen die Windows Symbols!

Starte bitte Windbg als Administrator. Dann unter File --> Symbol File --> Symbol File Path folgendes eintragen (OHNE Anführungszeichen):

Danach das Programm schließen und die Meldung Save Informations for
Workspace
mit "JA" bestätigen. Danach das Programm wieder Starten und die dumpfiles neu auswerten und die logs dann posten.

Okay, danke fuer deine Rueckmeldung.

Habe es jetzt so gemacht wie du sagst.
Wenn ich open crash dump files klicke kommt wieder die Nachricht... save information for workspace. Da habe ich auf nein geklickt. Und wenn ich dann den Bericht habe, kopiere ich ihn und fuege ihn hier ein. Schliesse das Berichtfenster und das Programm, da nach dem ich einen Bericht geoeffnet habe, die Option Open crash dump nicht mehr anklickbar ist. Da kommt wieder die Nachricht ¨Save informations for Workspace¨ und ich klicke wieder auf nein. Ist das so in Ordnung? Oder muss ich deine Anleitung vor jedem oeffnen von einer Dumb file ausfuehren?

Folgendes Problem trat gestern wieder oeffters auf: Nach dem laden des HP Logos, wird Windows nicht geladen und der Bildschirm bleibt einfach schwarz. Irgendwann kommt die Meldung Disk Failure

Das ist auf jeden Fall falsch! Downloade dir am besten das Programm Bluescreenview, solltest du auch bei chip bekommen, das ist nicht ganz so kompliziert und du solltest damit besser die Ergebnisse posten können. Ohne passenden Symbol Path funktioniert windbg nicht.

zwei der vier BSODs gehen auf das Konto des Treibers atapi.sys.
atapi.sys ist ein Systemtreiber zur Ansteuerung von Peripheriegeräten wie HDD, CDROM, Drucker oder Scanner.
Das würde mit Diskfailure, Error harmonieren.
Hinweis: atapi.sys kann durch Rootkit-Viren beschädigt werden.

Ein weiterer BSOD betrifft das Client-Server-Runtime-Subsystem, csrss.exe, steht aber in Verbindung mit aswSnx.SYS
csrss.exe verwaltet und steuert laufenden Anwendung.
Schau ob die Datei in C:\Windows\System32 liegt.
Hinweis: Wenn die datei an anderer Stelle zu finden ist, dann ist Wahrscheinlich Malware im Spiel.

Der letzte BSOD wurde von aswSP.SYS ausgelöst.
Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass Du AVAST einsetzt.
Sowohl aswSnx.SYS als auch aswSP.SYS sind Treiber die AVAST mitbringt.

Hier würde ich zuerst ansetzen, AVAST deinstallieren und durch ein anders AV-Tool ersetzen.

Du hast einen HP-Laptop mit 1,7GHz-Pentium-Prozessor.
Es scheint sich also um ein älteres Modell zu handeln, bei dem die Wahrscheinlichkeit eines drohenden Hardwaredefektes durchaus real ist.

Mein Vorschlag wäre ein HDD-Test, um zu sehen ob die Festplatte Fehlfunktionen aufweist und die atapi-BSODs auf die Hardware zurück zu führen sind.
Gleichfalls würde ich im BIOS mal vorübergehend das CD-ROM-Laufwerk deaktivieren.
Es ist durchaus möglich, dass die Festplatte oder das CD_ROM-Laufwerk langsam den Geist aufgeben.

Ich hoffe, Du betreibst eine regelmäßige Sicherung Deiner Daten.

Wie Du in das BIOS kommst steht in Handbuch.
Meist durch drücken von DEL/ENTF oder F2 während des Bootvorgangs, wenn das HP-Logo erscheint.
Zur HDD Prüfung kannst Du beispielsweise die SeaTools oder HDDScan verwenden.

Sollte die Festplatte in Ordnung sein und nach dem Rausschmiß von AVAST keine Bluescreens mehr auftreten, dann war's das.

Wenn das nicht hilft, versuche auch mal Anleitung: Windows Repair (AIO)

Sollte auch das keine Abhilfe schaffen, lasse Dein System mal auf Malware überprüfen.

Ich verstehe nicht genau wie der HDDScan geht... aber ich mache mal einen SMART Test und einen Surface test. Ich lade hier dann die ergenisse hoch.
Heute hatte ich wieder 3 Bluescreens

zuerst mal zum HDDScan.
Du hast leider nur ein Bild des Graphen gepostet und keines der Map.
Aus dem Graphen sieht man aber auch schon die ernormen Schwankungen der Datenrate.
Schwankungen sind normal und auch bei einer neuen, modernen Festplatte vorhanden.
Hier mal eine Darstellung einer meiner HDDs.
Ich habe den Test zwar bei 16% abgebrochen, glaube aber, der Unterschied ist sichtbar.



Interessant ist dann die Map, die den Zustand und die Anzahl der Blöcke anzeigt.



Je mehr sich die Anzahl der Blöcke in den Bereich Grün bis Blau verschiebt, desto kritischer wird der Zustand der HDD.

Nun zu den BSOs.
Traten die vor oder nach der Deinstallation von AVAST auf?

Bevor Du mit Windows Repair (AIO) weiter machst, sollten wir auch noch den Speicher testen. Hatte ich ganz vergessen.

Lade Dir Memtest86 runter. Nimm die Version für das Startimage Deiner Wahl (CD,USB,Disk), generiere den entsprechenden Datenträger und führe Memtest aus.
Nimm Dir Zeit, der Test dauert und dauert und dauert.

Als Abschluß für heute, lade Dir AutoRuns runter und starte das Tool.
Wenn es mit dem Scan fertig ist, klicke auf File-->Save.
Es wird eine Datei AutoRuns.arn gespeichert.
Poste Diese Datei bitte als Anhang.

Ich habe jetzt den Memtest nach 11 Stunden abgebrochen. Da Stand 13 Pass... 0 Errors... ich glaube das haette noch ewig so weiter gehen koennen. Oder?
