Mein LapTop hat sich einen Virus/Tojaner eingefangen

Hallo,
Ich habe Folgendes Problem, gestern hat mir jemand in Skype eine Datei geschickt. Leider war ich etwas zu unvorsichtig und habe sie angeklickt
Nunja kurze Zeit darauf kamm eine Mail auf mein Desktop geflattert von sich ein Hacker meldete, in meiner taskleiste war das explorer Bild erschienen. Er hatte
nicht die komplette Kontrolle über meinen LapTop. Er konnte zumindestens Programme schließen und meinen Desktop sehen.
Jetzt bräuchte ich eure Hilfe:
