Rechner vermutlich mit SPYEYE oder ZEUS 2 befallen



Schönen guten Morgen,

mir bereitet das Online-Banking Probleme. Wenn ich mich anmelden will, werde ich umgeleitet. Nach Recherchen bei der Bank soll dabei wohl das mobileTan Verfahren manipuliert werden. Passiert ist noch nix.

Habe entsprechend der Checkliste defrogger, OTL und GMER beutzt.

Die entstandenen Files nachstehend. Leider hat OTL nur ein OTL.txt erzeugt, jedoch kein Extra.txt!?

Zu ergänzen wäre, dass bei einem neuerlichen Versuch das Onlinebanking aufzurufen alles normal war (heute morgen).

Gestern gings nicht. Gestern habe ich maleware laufen lassen, welches 2 Dateien entfernte. Nach einem Neustart war jedoch die nicht gewollte Umleitung beim Onlinebanking noch vorhanden. Erst heute morgen war alles "OK".

wie kommt deine bank eig darauf, dass die deine mobile tan abgreifen wollen? gibts da genaue infos, zb was passiert genau wenn du umgeleitet wirst?

Äußern tut sich das ganze dahingehend, dass beim Fenster fürs Einloggen in der Adresszeile der Anfang nicht wie gewohnt grün unterlegt ist (nur für den Bruchteil einer Sekunde, dann kommt die "Umleitung"). Die Adresse die dann oben steht sieht jedoch "normal" aus. Meldet man sich dann an, so steht was von "warten, ihr System wird überprüft", anschließend nen ellenlanger Text mit einigen Rechtschreibfehlern, dass nun irgendwas gesendet werden soll, aber dabei kein Geld transferiert wird usw. Weiter bin ich nicht gegangen.

Laut Info der Bank soll man dann im weiteren die Telefonnummer eingeben, dann wird einem ne Software geschickt, diese wird installiert und ab dann werden wohl die SMS mit den TANs auf ne andere Nummer umgeleitet.

warum wurde combofix 2 mal benutzt?
du hast nen spyeye, der gibt dem angreifer vieiele möglichkeiten.
daher musst du:
- daten sichern
- formatieren (anleitung bekommst)
- absichern, ebenfalls mit anleitung.
- passwörter endern.
ich weis, arbeit, aber es wird sich im endefekt lohnen, da pc sicher, und du in zukunft, nen backup machst, dann dauerts 5 minuten das system sauber zurück zu setzen

wurde 2x benutzt, da ich in nem anderen Beitrag gelesen hatte, dass man dies braucht (etwas voreilig...).

Alles wichtige (arbeitstechnisch) liegt doppelt auf ner zweiten Festplatte (vier stecken insgesamt im Rechner). Reicht es dann wenn ich C formatiere, alle anderen Festplatten dienen nur als Speicher von Musik und Bildern?

schön wäre es. den PC hier hat nen ehemaliger Studienkollege zusammengeschraubt. Soll heißen alles zusammengekauft und für alles eigene Treiber usw. Betriebssystem ist WIN7 und da hab ich ne Lizienz für (mit cd).

Daher würde ich ( wenn ichs nach meiner Methode machen würde), alle Festplatten außer C erstmal abstecken und dann einfach Rechtsklick auf C und dort formatieren wählen?

Der Download von fehlenden Treibern ist das geringere Problem, hab noch nen Laptop...
