Bitte mit OSAM deaktivieren und löschen

Einen Report in Textform über das deaktivieren des Eintrags habe ich leider nicht erhalten, aber ein Fenster hat nach dem Neustart den Eintrag mit gründen Häkchen-Zeichen angezeigt.
