Mein Internet ist seit ein paar Tagen immer wieder extrem langsam, Seiten brauchen 5 Minuten bis zum Aufbau etc. - was soll ich tun?

Bitte nicht sowas sagen wie "Windows neu installieren", dafür habe ich momentan wirklich nicht die Zeit, ich müsste erst X Datein umkopieren, mir ne externe Festplatte kaufen etcetc. - ich möchte gerne versuchen, das Problem zu beheben...
