hallo, wie im titel beschrieben, ist der computer einer freundin sehr langsam. eine internetverbindung ist nicht möglich. avira stürzt immer ab. im abgesicherten modus konnte ein virenscan durchgeführt und eine objekt gelöscht werden.
ich habe mit CCleaner registry und datenträger bereinigt. malwarebytes zeigt 13 einträge, jedoch zeigt das programm beim versuch die fehler zu beheben, keine rückmeldung mehr (quick scan). ich poste nun hjt log und mwb log.
