Hilfe habe ich einen Trojaner ?

Hallo ich hab mit Spyware Doctor herrausgefunden das ich Trojaner habe. Danach habe ich mich hier ein bisschen umgeguckt und einen Systemcheck mit HijackThis gemacht. Haber aber leider keine ahnung von sowas habe ich einen Trojaner ? und wenn ja wie kriege ich den Trojaner weg. Helft mir bitte. Achja hier is die Logfile von Hijackthis.
