Trojaner - eScan und Silentrunner result- und jetzt?

Hallo,
AbtiVir hat mir gemeldet, dass ich den Trojaner TR/Dropper.gem habe. Daraufhin habe ich, wie in diesem forum an anderer Stelle beschrieben einen eScan durchgeführt sowie den Silentrunner laufen lassen. Ich weiß nur nicht, wie es jetzt weiter gehen soll, anscheinend wurden mehrere Sachen gefunden, aber wie ich das jetzt loskriege weiß ich immer noch nicht.
