Habe mir vor ein paar Wochen einen neuen PC gekauft: einen Medion P5360 E. Gestern habe ich von w10home64bit auf w10pro64bit geupgradet. Hat problemlos geklappt. Nach ca. 3 Stunden kam es zu diesem Bluescreen, denn ich mit WhoCrashed (HOME EDITION) v 5.53 ausgelesen habe (Auswertung im Anhang).

Ich denke mal, dass die Hochinstallation auf die Pro-Version und der BSOD in keinem Zusammenhang stehen. Der BSOD sollte auch so kommen. Mein Rat:
Daten sichern, auf die Home-Version downgraden und auf den BSOD warten. Dann den Rechner bei Medion reklamieren.
Du könntest es auch mit dem Status quo versuchen, ich kenne aber nicht das Gebaren von Medion bei Reklamationen.
Ist es eine legale MS-Version und auch aktiviert?

Also ich bin mit dem Rechner soweit zufrieden und werde wegen EINEM Bluescreen nicht so einen Aufwand betreiben. Jetzt ist seid 2 Tagen alles ruhig.
Die w10pro64bit-Version ist aktiviert, legal und von MS akzeptiert.
Gestern habe ich den neuen AMD Treiber Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition für Windows 10 (64 Bit) 16.12.1 installiert. Vielleicht hat auch das geholfen?
Ich buche das mal als einen kräftigen Schluckauf von Windows ab.
Brauchst Du die Minidump noch?

Hab mal kurz was rausgefunden, was die Ursache sein kann für den BSOD:

This bug check is issued if paged memory (or invalid memory) is accessed when the IRQL is too high. This is usually caused by drivers using improper addresses.

Leider ist mein Englisch sehr dürftig. Ich habe die MS-Seite mal ins Deutsche übersetzen lassen allerdings hilft mir auch das nicht wirklich weiter - konnte lediglich herauslesen, dass es wohl ein Treiberproblem sein könnte - aber welches?
Kannst Du mir vielleicht kurz schreiben was ich jetzt am Besten machen soll?

buju, hast du eine USB Festplatte? wenn ja folgender Vorschlag den ich schon einmal einem User vorschlug und mir bei einem Bluescreen bei Windows 10 half: Installiere zuerst ein Freeware Backup Programm wie Aomei Backupper Standard, Macrium Reflect Free, Paragon Backup & Recovery Free oder Easeus Todo Backup Free und mach mit einem der genannten Programme ein sog. Komplettbackup deines Systems auf die USB Festplatte, vergiss nicht von dem Programm mit dessen Assistenten ein Boot Medium zu machen und wenn das gemacht ist, lade dir danach IObit Driver Booster Free: http://www.iobit.com/de/de/driver-booster.php runter, installiere das, lass damit nach Treibern suchen, aktualisiere die Treiber damit und beobachte dann ob danach immer noch der Bluescreen auftritt oder nicht. Und wenn dir nicht gefiele was nach der Installation und Treiberaktualisierung mit Driver Booster mit deinem System ist, kannst du das vorher erstelle Komplettbackup einspielen, aber es wäre zumindest ein Versuch wert es zu probieren was ich dir hier vorgeschlagen habe.

USB-Festplatten sind vorhanden, sogar 2 Stück.
Ich verfüge über 2 Backups vom 08.12., eins mit Windowsboardmittel und eins mit Drive SnapShot 1.44. Selbstverständlich könnte ich auch jetzt noch, mit den genannten Werkzeugen, weitere Backups anlegen.
Es ist nur die Frage ob IObit Driver Booster Free da noch etwas findet, denn der Rechner und das System sind ja erst ein paar Wochen alt und im Medion-Supportbereich gibt es aktuell keine neueren Treiber als die installierten für mein System - naja, ein Versuch wäre es wohl wert.
Backups werde ich jetzt schon einmal anlegen; den Versuch mit IObit Driver Booster Free starte ich aber erst, wenn es einen weiteren Bluescreen gibt - falls alles so ruhig bleibt wie bisher ist das ja dann nicht von Nöten.
Was hälst Du von diesem Plan?

Wenn du schon ein Backup Programm hast, dann brauchste natürlich keines der von mir genannten sondern nimmst dafür Drive SnapShot 1.44 und machst wenn du willst damit jetzt ein Backup damit du ein aktuelles Backup hast das du einspielen könntest und danach stünde nichts mehr im Wege es mit Driver Booster zu probieren was ich dir vorhin schrieb. Tatsache ist: ich hatte mit Windows 10 1607 ungefähr alle 2 Tage ein Bluescreen immer dann wenn ich nicht am PC war, hab danach gegoogelt und einiges ausprobiert, nichts half und erst als ich mit Driver Booster 2 Treiber aktualisierte, kam der Bluescreen danach nicht mehr.

Probier mal, ob du mit "sfc /scannow" in der Windows-Konsole weiterkommst
