Guten Abend,

Ich kämpfe seit geraumer Zeit täglich mit Pinganstieg während ich League of Legends spiele. Lange dachte ich, dass daran mein leistungsschwacher Laptop schuld ist, bis ich dann bemerkte, dass ich bei Pinganstieg auch extreme Lags in Teamspeak/Skype habe. Ebenfalls kann ich in solchen Momenten im Browser keine Website öffnen, es lädt ewig und nix passiert. Meistens kommen solche Pinganstiege ausm Nichts und bleiben nicht sehr lange, in letzter Zeit wird es aber immer unerträglicher, weswegen ich mir dachte, ich google einfach mal nach Internet Lags. Dabei bin ich auf einige Threads dieses Forums gestossen, weswegen ich euch sehr dankbar wäre, wenn mir jemand meine Logs abchecken könnte, ob ich mir da wohl irgendnen Virus eingefangen habe.

Bitte erstmal routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten. =>ALLE lokalen Datenträger (außer CD/DVD) überprüfen lassen!
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss! Außerdem müssen alle Funde entfernt werden.

• Die Signaturen werden heruntergeladen, der Scan beginnt automatisch.
• Klicke am Ende des Suchlaufs auf Fertig stellen.
• Schließe das Fenster von ESET.
• Explorer öffnen.

Falls wir Hinweise auf illegal erworbene Software finden, werden wir den Support ohne jegliche Diskussion beenden.

Cracks/Keygens sind zu 99,9% gefährliche Schädlinge, mit denen man nicht spaßen sollte. Ausserdem sind diese illegal und wir unterstützen die Verwendung von geklauter Software nicht. Somit beschränkt sich der Support auf Anleitung zur kompletten Neuinstallation!!

Dass illegale Cracks und Keygens im Wesentlichen dazu dienen, Malware zu verbreiten ist kein Geheimnis und muss jedem klar sein!

Nichtsdestotrotz wäre ich dir äusserst dankbar, wenn du mir zumindest etwas Auskunft zu den anderen gefundenen potenziellen Gefahrenquellen geben könntest. Vielen Dank im Voraus dafür.

Und wenn du es doch meinst es sei legal, dann zeige mir bitte genau die Stelle aus dem Schweizer Gesetz, die gecrackte Software erlaubt!

Selbst wenn du angenommen in Absurdistan wohnst wo es legal wäre Cracks zu benutzen lehnen wir eine Bereinigung ab, weil wir diesen Müll in keienster Wiese unterstützen!
Es ist allgemein bekannt, dass gecrackte Software ein Riesensicherheitsrisiko ist und man in fast allen Fällen mit Schädlingen rechnen muss!

Ich habe an keiner Stelle behauptet, dass es legal sei, Anwendungen etc. herunterzuladen, sondern lediglich, dass es nicht illegal ist. Stichwort: Grauzone. Ebenso habe ich nirgends behauptet, dass es legal/nicht illegal wäre, gecrackte Ware zu laden. Ausserdem handelt es sich bei den Dateien meines Wissens einfach um Images der Originalanwendungen - jedenfalls wurden sie so deklariert. Benutzt habe ich davon lediglich das Sims-Image und einen Crack benutzt, habe ich dabei nicht. Falls da automatisch was gecrackt wurde oder die Images nen Crack enthalten, dann wusste ich das nicht und entschuldige mich für mein Unwissen. Dann werde ich wohl die Anleitung zur Neuinstallation befolgen.

Wo bitte ist das eine Grauzone?
Es liegt ganz klar auf der Hand, dass man mit Cracks/Keygens gegegen das Urheberrecht verstößt.
Wie gesagt, wenn bei Euch in der Schweiz alles anders ist, dann zeig mir bitte die genaue Stelle im Schweizer Gesetzestext, aus der hervorgeht, dass es auch eine Grauzone ist weil es nicht bzw. nicht genau definiert wurde.

Im allgemeinen Verständnis ist es aber bar jeder Vernunft, einen Crack/Keygen als nicht illegal einzustufen

Lies doch bitte worum es geht! Es geht im gecrackte Software und nicht normale Software zum Runterladen!
Deine Aussage bezog sich auf mein Posting, dass wir hier gecrackte Software nicht dulden! Du kannst mir nicht erzählen, dass du in diesem Satz KEINE gecrackte Software gemeinst hast!

Ob du's mir nun glaubst oder nicht: In dem Satz sprach ich von ungecrackter Software. Da mir später das potenzielle Missverständnis klar wurde, habe ich das nochmal genauer differenziert. Fakt ist: Ich habe nie absichtlich gecrackte Ware benutzt, sollte bei der Installation von Sims (letzte Datei) etwas gecrackt worden sein, so wusste ich das nicht. Das ändert natürlich nichts daran, dass es illegal ist und in dem Sinne danke ich dir nochmal für die Hilfe und wünsche noch einen schönen Tag.
