Hallo ihr!

Erstmal möchte ich loswerden, dass ich es toll finde, dass ihr so hilfsbereit seid. Ich habe, nachdem mein Problem aufgetreten ist, viel danach gegoogelt, und hier fühle ich mich mit meinem Problem am besten aufgehoben.

Leider bin ich ziemlich angespannt, weil ich befürchte, mein System neu aufsetzen zu müssen und das nicht gerade zu meinen Stärken gehört. Ich würde mich sehr über eure Hilfe freuen.

Der Titel sagt schon, was das Problem ist: TR/ATRAPS.Gen2 ist auf meinem Rechner. Avira meldet sich alle paar Minuten und empfiehlt, es in Quarantäne zu verschieben. Das mache ich auch jedesmal brav, aber es nutzt natürlich nicht (wie wohl allgemein üblich bei diesem Trojaner). Ich habe gestern Abend, nachdem Gen2 aufgetreten ist, auch erstmal einen kompletten Systemcheck machen lassen und Avira fand noch einen anderen Trojaner: Krazy.

Angeblich befindet sich Gen2 in Users/***/AppData/Local/1bb8e1f8/U/800000cb@

Einen solchen Dateipfad (ab 1bb8e1f8) kann ich selbst dann nicht finden, wenn ich versteckte Ordner anzeigen lasse.

Update: Ich habe das System jetzt (hoffentlich) bereinigt, indem ich das Dell Image Recovery ausgeführt habe und das System damit wieder auf die Werkeinstellungen zurückgesetzt habe.

Es bleibt nur zu hoffen, dass ich mir den Trojaner bei Verwendung meiner mobilen Festplatte nicht zurückhole. Mehr als eine Avira Virusprüfung der externen Platte und dem zusätzlichen Durchsuchen nach ausführbaren Dateiendungen fällt mir da leider nicht ein.
