Hallo liebe Experten,

Avira Premium hat bei mir ein html/malicious.pdf.gen gefunden und in Quarantäne verschoben, siehe unten. Da bisher alles problemlos läuft, hoffe ich, dass mein Rechner wieder clean ist. Ich habe den Verdacht, er stammt von folgender Seite: kostenlose-vordrucke.de - da gab´s eine Vorlage für ein Kündigungsschreiben, wo man in vordefinierte Felder seine Bankverbindung eingeben kann.. hab ich aber nicht gemacht, sondern einfach den Text in ein Worddokument kopiert. Und dann kam schon recht bald der Virenalarm. Kann das auch einfach nur nen falscher Alarm von Avira sein oder hat man definitiv einen Trojaner wenn html/malicious.pdf.gen gefunden wird?

Ich versuche gerne eure Anleitung durchzugehen, bin aber etwas unsicher weil beim download des defoggers dieser offenbar nicht authentifiziert ist...

Sorry, für soviel Unkenntnis. Ist meine erste Begegnung mit Trojanern.
Bin dankbar für eine RÜckmeldung, und wenn´s nur der Tipp ist, dass ich besser zu einem Computer-Laden gehe ;-)

Bitte nun routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten.
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss! Außerdem müssen alle Funde entfernt werden.

Falls Logs aus älteren Scans mit Malwarebytes vorhanden sind, bitte auch davon alle posten!



ESET Online Scanner

  • Hier findest du eine bebilderte Anleitung zu ESET Online Scanner
  • Lade und starte Eset Online Scanner
  • Setze einen Haken bei Ja, ich bin mit den Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden und klicke auf Starten.
  • Aktiviere die "Erkennung von eventuell unerwünschten Anwendungen" und wähle folgende Einstellungen.
  • Klicke auf Starten.
  • Die Signaturen werden heruntergeladen, der Scan beginnt automatisch.
  • Klicke am Ende des Suchlaufs auf Fertig stellen.
  • Schließe das Fenster von ESET.
  • Explorer öffnen.
  • C:\Programme\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt (bei 64 Bit auch C:\Programme (x86)\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt) suchen und mit Deinem Editor öffnen (bebildert).
  • Logfile hier posten.
  • Deinstallation: Systemsteuerung => Software / Programme deinstallieren => Eset Online Scanner V3 entfernen.
  • Manuell folgenden Ordner löschen und Papierkorb leeren => C:\Programme\Eset

ESET Scan läuft seit 1:30 h... 25%. Bisher gefunden: win32.adware.toolbar.dealio application. Kann ich ESET über Nacht weiter laufen lassen? Oder sollte ich besser abbrechen und morgen früher damit beginnen. Habe ein komisches Gefühl, wenn Virenscanner, Onlineschutz, Firewall etc. so lange abgeschaltet sind...

Denk dran vorher die Signaturen von Malwarebytes zu aktualisieren, da gibt es sehr häufig neue Updates!

Windows-Firewall hättest du anlassen können.
Aber selbst wenn, du wirst wohl eh über einen Router im Internet sein und dadurch ist ein Paketfilter auf dem laufenden System eh nicht unbedingt nötig auch wenn gleich die Windows-Firewall so die sinnvollste unter den hostbasierten Paketfiltern sein dürfte.
Und naja, deaktivierter Virenschutz, dass du da Angst hast wird wohl an der erfolgreichen Hysterieverbreitung von diversen Softwareunternehmen und tw. auch den Medien liegen. Ein Virenscanner ist kein entscheidender Faktor, man kann ebenso gut ohne Virenscanner im Hintergrund auskommen. Und überleg mal: eigentlich jeder der hier seine Logs postet wegen Virenproblemen, hatte einen Virenscanner am Laufen. Das liegt schlicht und ergreifend daran, dass Virenscanner eben einfach nicht das halten können, was die Hersteller versprechen.

Noch ne Frage zum Schluss: Wenn ich dich richtig verstanden habe, ist ein Virenscanner genauso gut wie kein Virenscanner. Heißt das, regelmäßige Scans mit Malwarebyte, ESET o.ä. sind ausreichend? Gibts hier im Forum irgendwo ne Seite wo das erklärt wird?

Das Capella ist so ein Musikprogramm, dass mir ein Freund mal auf meinem alten Notebook installiert hatte. Hab es nicht benutzt, weil ich nicht klar kam damit. Wenn es jetzt als Malware gemeldet wird, befürchte ich, dass es entweder verseucht oder nicht legal.. oder beides war. Die Dateien vom alten Notebook hatte ich bis jetzt auf einer externen Festplatte gespeichert. Nachdem der erste Scan mit ESET ewig dauerte, hab ich diese alten Dateien alle gelöscht. Malwarebyte hat die Datei nun offenbar nochmal gelöscht - ebenso wie diese eject.exe (Trojan.Rozetta), was auch immer das ist. Sind die beiden nun endgültig außer Gefecht oder was muss ich tun?

Bleibt noch die Win32/Adware.Toolbar.Dealio application? Ist die problematisch? PDF Creator deinstallieren?

Danke für den Link-Tipp zu Virenscannern und wie man sich richtig schützt. Gut lesbar und für Laien halbwegs nachvollziehbar. Wenn nun mein Rechner schon kompromittiert ist, was ja nicht auszuschließen ist, sollte ich zuallererst mal Email-Passwort und Online-Banking-Geheimzahl ändern, richtig? Mach ich morgen an meinem Arbeitsrechner. Sicher ist sicher ;-)

Hi cosinus, ist es richtig, dass die logfiles hier nie gelöscht werden? Ich versteh ja, dass ihr das alles braucht, um helfen zu können - aber muss das alles öffentlich sein und bleiben? ihr schreibt ja selbst, dass in den Logs heikle Daten drin sein können und sich irgendwelche Malware bedienen kann. Nachdem ein Problem behoben ist, könnten die logfiles doch auch gelöscht werden, oder welche organisatorischen Gründe sprechen dagegen? Anders gefragt: Woher weiß ich, welche Angaben in meinen logs evtl von Malware missbraucht werden können und die ich besser nicht hier reinstellen sollte?

Noch etwas: Auf meinem USB-Stick hat Kaspersky (auf dem Rechner meines Freundes) folgende Malware gefunden und eliminiert: backdoord.win32.pclient.aacuu
vielleicht hat der auf meinem Rechner auch schon sein Unwesen getrieben.

ok. Und was bedeutet das konkret? Kaspersky hat leider nur diese Meldung gebracht. Soll ich ein entsprechendes logfile auf dem Rechner meines Freundes suchen? Und wenn ja, wie stelle ich das an? Geht eh erst in 2 Wochen, wenn ich wieder dort bin...
