Hallo Trojaner Team,

Als ich gestern ins Internet wollte stellte mein PC keine Verbindung mehr mit dem Internet her. Ich hab darauf Malwarebytes durchlaufen lassen, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Danach habe ich Avast! (Free Version) durchlaufen lassen. Avast hat dann auch etwas gefunden und ich habe den Virus dann auch gelöscht. Avast hat danach den PC neu gestartet und gleich einen weiteren Suchlauf gestartet wobei keine Bedrohung mehr gefunden wurde.
Mein Rechner stellt jetzt aber immer noch keine Verbindung mit dem Internet her. Was hat der Virus angestellt und wie löse ich das Problem am einfachsten ohne gleich den Rechner wieder zurückzusetzen??

Windows Vista 32 Bit Service Pack 2
2 GB RAM; 2,66 GHZ

Bitte lade dir die passende Version von Farbar's Recovery Scan Tool auf deinen Desktop: FRST 32-Bit | FRST 64-Bit
(Wenn du nicht sicher bist: Lade beide Versionen oder unter Start > Computer (Rechtsklick) > Eigenschaften nachschauen)

• Starte jetzt FRST.
• Ändere ungefragt keine der Checkboxen und klicke auf Untersuchen.
• Die Logdateien werden nun erstellt und befinden sich danach auf deinem Desktop.
• Poste mir die FRST.txt und nach dem ersten Scan auch die Addition.txt in deinem Thread (#-Symbol im Eingabefenster der Webseite anklicken)

Downloade dir bitte Farbar Service Scanner

• Starte das Tool mit Doppelklick auf die FSS.exe
• Gehe sicher, dass folgende Optionen angehakt sind.
  • Internet Services
  • Windows Firewall
  • System Restore
  • Security Center/Action Center
  • Windows Update
  • Windows Defender
  • Other Services
• Klicke auf Scan.
• Wenn das Tool fertig ist, wird es eine FSS.txt in dem Verzeichnis erstellen, wo das Tool gelaufen ist.

Poste bitte den Inhalt hier.

Downloade dir bitte Farbar's MiniToolBox auf deinen Desktop und starte das Tool

Setze einen Haken bei folgenden Einträgen

• Flush DNS
• Report IE Proxy Settings
• Reset IE Proxy Settings
• Report FF Proxy Settings
• Reset IE Proxy Settings
• List content of Hosts
• List IP configuration
• List Winsock Entries
• List last 10 Event Viewer log
• List Installed Programs
• List Users, Partitions and Memory size
• List Minidump Files

Klicke Go und poste den Inhalt der Result.txt.

Dauert Farbar's Recovery Scan Tool echt so lang? Da steht nämlich schon seit 10 Minuten "Getting Application errors: 3120"

Die FRST.exe und Addition.exe Datei ist bereits auf dem Desktop. Soll ich diese gleich posten??

Also Farbar's Recovery Scan Tool hat bis jetzt keinen Fortschritt gemacht.

Ich rate mal wild: Du verbindest per WLAN? Bitte per LAN verbinden und den WLAN Treiber erneuern.

Nein der PC ist eigentlich immer über LAN Verbunden.
Hier noch die 2 anderen Dateien. Bei MiniToolbox war das gleiche Problem wie bei Farbar's Recovery Scan Tool. Es lädt die ohne einen Fortschritt zu machen. Darüber steht dann "Getting Application errors: 3120".

Also im Geräte Manager zeigt es an das kein Wlan Treiber vorhanden ist. Ich installier mal von der Application CD den Treiber und meld mich dann wieder.

Also ich hab den Wlan Treiber installiert. Jetzt findet der Rechner meinen Router. Er verbindet sich nur nicht mit dem PC. Wenn ich das Problem diagnostizieren lass kommt folgendes raus:

1. Netzwerkadapter "Intel(R) 82562V- 2 10/100 Network Connection" hat Treiber- oder Hardwareprobleme ermittelt.

2. Bewegen Sie den Computer an eine andere Position um die Quellen möglicher Störungen auszuschalten.

LAN Treiber auch erneuern. Ebenso bitte mal den Router 30 min vom Strom trennen, anderes LAN KAbel oder anderen LAN Port am Router testen.

Hab alles probiert aber nichts hat funktioniert.
Was soll ich jetzt machen??

Was Du jetzt noch testen kannst ist nen WLAN Stick. Wenn es dann geht ist dir die Netzwerk-Hardware im Rechner abgeraucht.

Nein es geht auch nicht mit einem Wlan Stick. Der Stick funktioniert aber.
Es wird ein Wlan Netzwerk angezeigt und ich komm auch mit einem anderen PC über Wlan und Lan rein.

Dann ist es doch keine Hardware, der WLAN Stick muss gehen wenn es die Netzwerkkarte wäre. Windows DVD da?

Inplace Upgrade machen bitte
"In Place Upgrade"

Das mit dem Upgrade hat nicht funktioniert. Da steht dran das diese Funktion gesperrt ist. Ich hab dann aber auf der CD eine exe Datei gefunden die UPGRADE.EXE heißt. Als ich die gestartet habe kam eine Fehlermeldung über eine Framework Version welche nicht vorhanden sein. Das Fenster hat man nur mit "Yes" wieder schließen können. Dann hat sich der Rechner wieder wie gewohnt über LAN mit dem Router verbunden
Wo lag jetzt der Fehler??
