Trojaner gelöscht, I-net Explorer immer noch doppelt im Taskmanager

Hallo Zusammen,

ich hoffe Ihr könnt mir helfen. Mit Hilfe des Mbam konnte ich folgenden Virus erkennen und löschen.

Wie man sieht ist es schon ein paar Tage her, habe vorhin noch mal einen Scan gemacht aber nix mehr gefunden.
Habe aber immer noch folgendes Problem.
Internet Explorer stürzt öfters ab, er ist immer 2x im Taskmanager geöffnet obwohl nur einer Seite auf ist.
