Hallo liebes Team,

seit einiger Zeit haben wir Bluescreens am PC und keine Ahnung, was die Ursache dafür sein könnte. Teilweise treten die Bluescreens auf, ohne dass irgendewas am PC getan wird. Er wurde nur hochgefahren und in Ruhe gelassen...

Könnt ihr vielleicht weiterhelfen? Wir wären sehr dankbar

G-Data ist eigentlich auf dem neusten Stand, die aktuelle Verision ist installiert.
Über die Logitech Sytemdatei werde ich auch nicht wirklich klug... am PC ist nichts vorzufinden. Sonst würde ich einfach noch genauer suchen und wenn ich was finde neu installieren? Und was Windows betrifft, bin ich auch etwas ratlos. Da ist schon viel zusammen gekommen. Danke!

Hm, komisch. Ich habe jetzt den Treiber deinstallieren wollen, aber es wird keine Software aufgelistet. Die Option deinstallieren ist auch nicht über die Eigenschaften des Geräts vorhanden (Button Treiber deinstallieren deaktiviert).

Gibt es zum Deinstallieren/Auffinden eine spezielle Software?

Ich habe mal einfach neu runtergeladen und unsauber "rüberinstalliert". Die Treiberversion sollte geringfügig aktueller sein...
