Ein Experte wird sich mit weiteren Anweisungen melden und Dir helfen die Malware zu entfernen oder Unerwünschte Software zu deinstallieren bzw. zu löschen. ASK Toolbar lässt sich nicht deinstallieren


Guten Tag
Ich habe schon seit längerer Zeit das Problem das ich die ASK Toolbar nicht deinstallieren kann. Unter Programme und Funktionen habe ich folgende Programme mit dem ASK Logo: APN Updater und ASK Toolbar. Wenn ich versuche den APN Updater zu deinstallieren kommt eine Meldung dass ich zu wenig Rechte dafür hätte. ASK Toolbar lässt sich auch nicht deinstallieren. Wenn ich Deinstallation anklicke läuft der Deinstallierungsvorgang und dann kurz vor dem Ende kommt eine Meldung auf Französich, welche so viel bedeutet wie dass das untenstehende Programm zuerst geschlossen werden müsse. Unter dieser Meldung steht aber kein Programm. Wenn man dann bei dieser Meldung auf Ok. klickt dann läuft der Fortschrittsbalken rückwärts und es zeigt an dass es nur noch wenige Sekunden dauern würde. Dann schliesst sich das Fenster und ASK Toobar ist immer noch da. Avira Virenscan habe ich durchlaufen lassen und der hat nix gefunden. Was mir noch auffällt ist, dass der Laptop jedes mal wenn ich ihn herunterfahre ca. 25 Updates macht und seit kurzem ist die Schrift und das design verzogen. An der Auflösung liegt es auf jeden fall nicht.
