Hallo zusammen,....

wie im Titel bereits erwähnt hab ich folgenden Fehler: " jusched.exe kann nicht ausgeführt werden da xpcom.dll fehlt ,..... "
Ich kann nicht genau sagen was ich zuuvor gemacht habe. War normal im Netz unterwegs ( Youtube, Onlinebanking,ebay, Browsergame ). Seitdem kommt es desöfteren vor das Real Player abstürzt, ebenso wie Firefox !

Habe im Vorfeld bereits die Checkliste gelesen und die benötigten scanns erstellt.

• Öffne dein Systemlaufwerk ( meistens C: )
• Suche nun
  folgenden Ordner: _OTL und öffne diesen.
• Mache einen Rechtsklick auf den Ordner Movedfiles --> Senden an --> Zip-Komprimierter Ordner
• 
  Dies wird eine Movedfiles.zip Datei in _OTL erstellen
• Lade diese bitte in unseren Uploadchannel
  hoch. ( Durchsuchen --> C:\_OTL\Movedfiles.zip )

• OTL kann gegebenfalls einen Neustart verlangen. Bitte dies zulassen.

sorry noch mal für die umstände.
nutzt du den pc für onlinebanking, zum einkaufen, für sonstige zahlungsabwicklungen, oder ähnlich wichtigem, wie beruflichem?

Ja ! Hab ich ja auch zu anfang geschrieben .
Also Onlineeinkäufe / Onlinebanking!

Sollte ich mein Konto für Onlinebanking sperren lassen bis der Rechner clean ist und danach alle PW´s ändern?

ich hab jetzt gerade einfach mal sicherheitshalber Onlinebanking sperren lassen. Damit bin ich auf der sicheren Seite!
Weis nich ob das unbedingt nötig wäre in meinem Fall, .. aber wenn du schon so konkret nach Onlinebanking fragst ,
dann hat das wohl Sinn!!!

So nach 3 Tagen wollte ich mal leise nachfragen wie nun weiter verfahren wird. Der Fehler ist nachwievor vorhanden!

Hab ich nun einen Virus, Mailware oder ähnliches auf den Rechner? Reicht es aus wenn ich diesen per Recovery CD "NEU" mache? Wie sichere ich am besten meine Daten das ich mir nicht direkt das "Neue" System infiziere , falls sich etwas auf dem Rechner befindet?

2. Formatieren, Windows neu instalieren:

• recovery cd oder recovery partition.
• falls dies ein fertig pc ist, nenne hersteller + typ.

ich werde außerdem noch weitere punkte dazu posten.
4. alle Passwörter ändern!
5. nach PC Absicherung, die gesicherten Daten prüfen und falls sauber: zurückspielen.
6. werde ich dann noch was zum absichern von Onlinebanking mit Chip Card Reader + Star Money sagen.
