Verschlüsselungstrojaner WinXP abgesichert nicht möglich

Hallo.

Ich hab mir den o.g. Trojaner eingefangen.
Da der abgesicherte Modus nicht funktioniert (startet immer neu) hab ich, wie hier im Forum mehrfach empfohlen, eine Boot-CD mit OTL angefertigt und wie beschrieben gescannt... (ich hoffe das war korrekt)
(eine Extras.txt wurde übrigens nicht ausgegeben)

dieses speicherst du auf nem usb stick als fix.txt
nutze nun wieder OTLPENet.exe (starte also von der erstellten cd) und hake alles an, wie es bereits im post zu OTLPENet.exe beschrieben ist.
• Klicke nun bitte auf den Fix Button.
es sollte nun eine meldung ähnlich dieser: "load fix from file" erscheinen, lade also die fix.txt von deinem stick.
wenn dies nicht funktioniert, bitte den fix manuell eintragen.
dann klicke erneut den fix buton. pc startet evtl. neu. wenn ja, nimm die cd aus dem laufwerk, windows sollte nun normal starten und die otl.txt öffnen,
log posten bitte.

falls du keine symbole hast, dann rechtsklick, ansicht, desktop symbole einblenden

Suche nun
folgenden Ordner: _OTL und öffne diesen.
Mache einen Rechtsklick auf den Ordner Movedfiles --> Senden an --> Zip-Komprimierter Ordner
Dies wird eine Movedfiles.zip Datei in _OTL erstellen
Lade diese bitte in unseren Uploadchannel
hoch. ( Durchsuchen --> C:\_OTL\Movedfiles.zip )

Das Hochladen des ZIP Files hat geklappt.

Ist noch weiter was zu tun?
Da das nicht mein eigener Rechner ist, kann ich nicht auf Anhieb sagen ob es die, in einigen Threads beschriebenen, Probleme mit gelockten Files gibt.... soll ich danach suchen?

kommst du wieder in den normalen modus?

mache ein backup deiner wichtigen dateien die verschlüsselt sind
auf ein externes laufwerk
dann entschlüsseln:

Hallo.

Danke für deine Rückmeldung.
Avira Ransom läuft leider nicht bzw. bricht bei Ausführung immer ab (irgendwo stand hier auch mal was von Problemen bei XP oder wegen NET2.0)... daher war ich mal so frech und habe den DecryptHelper probiert und nachdem ich das mit dem Schlüssel verstanden habe, laufen lassen.
Es ging. Die entsprechenden Files (fast ausschließlich Bilder) wurden entschlüsselt und konnten wieder hergestellt werden.
Nun weiß ich natürlich nicht wo überall zugeschlagen wurde... scheinbar relativ wahllos, da ich auch in den lokalen Einstellungen des Mailprogramms derart Dateien gefunden habe...
Muss man wohl sehen, ob demnächst irgendwas nicht funktioniert.

Soll ich jetzt Malwarebytes auch nochmal drüberlaufen lassen oder nochwas machen?

hi,
da du das warscheinlich per mail bekommen hast:
an solchen mails mit rechnung, mahnung und sonstigen anhängen, von unbekannten absendern bin ich interessiert.
wenn du ein mail programm nutzt, dann mail markieren, rechtsklick, speichern unter, typ:
.eml einstellen.
dann mail an:
http://markusg.trojaner-board.de
dort die soeben erstellte datei anhängen.
wenn du deine mails über den browser abrufst, sag mir mal welchen anbieter du nutzt, dann geht das ein bisschen anders.
auch wenn du in zukunft mails von fremden absendern mit anhang bekommst, gern so weiterleiten wie beschrieben.
malwarebytes:
Downloade Dir bitte Malwarebytes

Installiere
das Programm in den vorgegebenen Pfad.
Vista und Win7 User mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"
Starte Malwarebytes, klicke auf Aktualisierung --> Suche
nach Aktualisierung
Wenn das Update beendet wurde, aktiviere vollständiger Scan durchführen und drücke auf Scannen.
Wenn der Scan beendet
ist, klicke auf Ergebnisse anzeigen.
Versichere Dich, dass alle Funde markiert sind und drücke Entferne Auswahl.
Poste
das Logfile, welches sich in Notepad öffnet, hier in den Thread.
Nachträglich kannst du den Bericht unter "Log Dateien" finden.

Hallo.

Ich hatte das E-Mail Programm des Computers mal durchgesehen aber irgendwie nichts wirklich verdächtiges gefunden (die Mails mit Anhängen aus der letzten zeit waren alle ok). Oder gibts noch was Charakteristisches, wonach ich suchen sollte?
Der Kollege (dem der Rechner gehört) sagte mir aber das er auch hin und wieder die Mails über den Browser checkt (bei Freenet - vielleicht dann doch eher dort).

Nebenbei muss ich sagen, das ich inzwischen den Rechner zurückgegeben habe, auch damit der Kollege nun endlich mal seine Daten sichert.

Ich hatte aber Malwarebytes, wie du es beschreibst, ausgeführt. Dabei wurde nichts gefunden.
Soll ich trotzdem nochmal das Logfile besorgen und hier posten?
