Hallo Leutz,

mein Läppi hat sich den "BKA-Virus" eingefangen - laut bka-trojaner die Version 1.09

Ich bin eher ein User als ein Compi-Freak und bitte deshalb darum, nicht zuviel an Wissen im Bereich Maleware-Proggis vorauszusetzen.

Mein Laptop ist ein Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook S-Series YK2K


Ich habe OLT.de auf nen USB-Stick gezogen und den Läppi damit gescant.

combofix vom usb stick aus starten, nach fertig stellung, pc neustarten, falls es dann wieder geht, log posten.

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn dies von einem Team Mitglied angewiesen wurde!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich
ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

WICHTIG - Speichere Combofix auf deinem Desktop

• Deaktiviere bitte all deine Anti Viren sowie Anti Malware/Spyware Scanner. Diese können Combofix bei der Arbeit stören.

Starte die Combofix.exe und folge den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.

Wenn Combofix fertig ist, wird es eine Logfile erstellen. Bitte poste die C:\Combofix.txt in deiner nächsten Antwort.

den Scan hab ich im abgesicherten Modus gefahren. Wäre es im normalen Modus besser gewesen?

sorry, hatte mich oben missverständlich ausgedrückt, mit "neustarten" meinte ich, den neustart in den normalen modus zu testen.

Ok, hab den Rechner normal gestartet und lasse combofix nochmal drüberlaufen. Allerdings kam gleich wieder dieses gräßliche Windoof Warnsignal, will heißen, diese "BKA-Virus" ist immer noch aktiv.

combofix läuft jetzt im normalen modus?
mit warnsignal, meinst du da avira?
falls dem so ist, und combofix fertig ist, poste mir mal unter avira, ereignisse, die aktuellen meldungen.
wenn es viele sind, hänge sie als txt an.

Beim Neustart nach dem Scan kam folgende Fehlermeldung

Und das böse Plööp ist immer noch da

die Avira Meldungen unter "Ereignisse" waren in den letzten Tagen nur Statusmeldungen "Dienst gestartet/beendet"

Dafür scheint sich nach den Scan bei Avira was getan zu haben. Es zeigte sich in der Taskleiste dieses rote Windows-Schild mit dem hinweis, dass auf dem Rechner keine Viren-Software vorhanden wäre. Ich mache grade ein Update.

Als nächsten Schritt lasse ich Antivir nen Komplettscan machen.

Bis jetzt ist das böse Fenster nicht mehr aufgegangen

Update

Windows zeigt an, dass ich keinen Virenschutz habe. Hab Antivir komplett deinstalliert und neu aufgezogen, das Problem ist gelöst. Ich kann den Taskmanager wieder aufrufen und ins Netz. Von daher scheint das BKA Problem gelöst zu sein.

Allerdings kommt bei jedem Neustart nun die Meldung, dass

c:\dokumente und einstellungen\user\Lokale Einstellungen\Temp\arg184732.exe

nicht gefunden werden konnte.

Nicht mal Tante Google weiß, was das ist!?

poste doch erst mal das neue combofix log, und das eben erstellte avira log, immer mit der ruhe :-)

Mach ich, komme aber erst morgen wieder ans "Opfer" ran.
