habe hier schon mehrer Fälle zum selben Thema gefunden und mir diverses durchgelesen.

Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn mir jemand von Ihnen helfen könnte, denn sonst kann ich meinen Eltern nicht ihre Bilder retten, die das einzige unersetzbare auf dem Rechner sind.

dieses speicherst du auf nem usb stick als fix.txt
nutze nun wieder OTLPENet.exe (starte also von der erstellten cd) und hake alles an, wie es bereits im post zu OTLPENet.exe beschrieben ist.
• Klicke nun bitte auf den Fix Button.
es sollte nun eine meldung ähnlich dieser: "load fix from file" erscheinen, lade also die fix.txt von deinem stick.
wenn dies nicht funktioniert, bitte den fix manuell eintragen.
dann klicke erneut den fix buton. pc startet evtl. neu. wenn ja, nimm die cd aus dem laufwerk, windows sollte nun normal starten und die otl.txt öffnen,
log posten bitte.

habe versucht den Fix zu laden.
Wenn ich aber zum USB-Stick browsen möchte, bekomme ich die folgende Fehlermeldung:

Mache ich was falsch?

und was steht denn da, was dann zu tun ist, evtl. den fix manuell eingeben :-)

... das habe ich gelesen - da gibt's aber keinen Button o.ä.
Es kommt nur die Fehlermeldung, die man dann bestätigt.
Oder bin ich blind und überlese irgendwo einen "manuell-fixen-button"?

Habe einfach beim Versuch die fix.txt zu laden übersehen, dass es unten ein Eingabefeld gibt

Habe also den Fix eingetragen und auch den Reboot bestätigt.
Längere Zeit gewartet aber der Rechner hatte wohl nen Freeze.
Kam mehrfach vor, wenn ich per CD gestartet habe.
Musste jedenfalls den Rechner per On/Off - Button abschalten.
Habe danach sofort wieder gebootet aber ein weiteres Log habe ich nicht bekommen.
Ist das irgendwo gespeichert?
Wie ist der Pfad?

log finde ich dann im upload.

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn dies von einem Team Mitglied angewiesen wurde!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich
ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

zu 1) Datensicherung auf DVD erledigt
zu 2) Habe es über die Partition, also D2D-Recovery via "Starten mit ALT und F10", versucht. Der Manager ging auch auf. Habe bestätigt aber passiert ist nichts. Sehe meine Eltern am Wochenende und frage mal nach ner CD.
Ist ein Fertig-Rechner "ASUS X70ABseries" (reicht das?).
Formatieren im herkömmlichen Sinne via "cmd - format c:*.*" wäre mein Weg (kenne ich noch aus DOS-Zeiten)
zu 3/4/5) kommt dann ja noch.

Hast Du, falls meine Eltern keine CD mehr haben, nen Tipp, wie ich das Sytem wieder neu aufspielen kann?

der Tipp mit dem Handbuch war gut.
Habe es mir von der Asus HP geladen und siehe da - nicht ALT+F10 sondern einfach F9 beim Booten drücken - ausführen - Anweisungen folgen und schon ist die D2D Recovery fertig ...
Mhh - dafür braucht man die Hilfe von nem Fachmann, um auf's Handbuch zu kommen
