Plagegeister aller Art und deren Bekämpfung: Dateien & Symbole verschwunden / Programme nicht mehr ausführbar

Hallo liebes Trojaner-Board,

ich bin neu hier im Board und ehrlich gesagt auch nicht ganz freiwillig darauf gestoßen. Ich fürchte ich habe mir auf meinem Arbeitslaptop einen Trojaner, Virus o.ä. zugezogen. Es begann damit, dass ich eine während des Urlaubes (kein Internetzugang) eine exe ausführte um Bluetoothtreiber zu installieren. Diese exe war bereits seit längeren auf meinem System. Nachdem sich das Programm aufhing, verschwanden nacheinander die Desktopsymbole, das Hintergrundbild und Kontobild sowie Taskleisteneinträge. Etwas ähnliches hatte ich leider schon mal bei meinem Zweitrechner zu Hause erlebt. Damals hatte ich das System neu aufgesetzt, da keine wichtigen Dateien auf dem Rechner waren... Auf dem diesmal befallenen Laptop befinden sich allerdings sehr wichtige Dateien, weshalb ich wirklich hoffe das mir jemand helfen kann.
Ich habe bereits einige Threads im Board durchgelesen mit Leuten die ähnliche Symptome haben, traue mich allerdings nicht dieselben vorgeschlagenen Schritte auch bei mir zu versuchen.

Direkt nach dem "Ausbruch" hatte ich als erste Konsequenz am nächsten Tag das System zweimal auf unterschiedliche Zeiten zurückgesetzt (mir fiel ohne Internet erstmal nichts besseres ein). Dadurch konnte ich einige Symbole in der Win7 Taskleiste und auch einige wenige Ordner wieder sehen.
Nun habe ich in den letzten Tagen alle denkbaren Antispyware/maleware + Antivirus Programme durchlaufen lassen. (Leider so viele das ich leicht den Überblick verloren habe). Das Programm "Malwarebytes" hat dabei folgendes gefunden:

c:\program files\common files\Spigot\wtxpcom\components\widgitoolbarff.dll (Adware.WidgiToolbar) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
Allerdings muss ich dazu sagen, dass ich Malewarebytes erst als eines der letzten Programme hab laufen lassen (Das Programm war mir noch gar nicht bekannt vorher). Aber an irgendwelche Funde von Spybot etc. kann ich mich nicht erinnern. Die hatten an sich nichts gefunden...

Ich denke, dass die Dateien nicht wirklich gelöscht wurden, sondern nur nicht sichtbar sind, da die Festplatte immer noch zum gleichen Teil belegt ist. (Jedenfalls hoffe ich das!!!) Allerdings konnte ich sie mit der Desinfec't CD auch nicht wiederfinden...
Ich bin wirklich jedem der sich mein Problem irgendwie annehmen könnte sehr sehr dankbar!! Vielen Dank im Voraus.

Gibt es noch weitere Logs von Malwarebytes? Wenn ja bitte alle posten, die in Malwarebytes im Reiter Logdateien sichtbar sind.

  • Hier findest du eine bebilderte Anleitung zu ESET Online Scanner
  • Lade und starte Eset Online Scanner
  • Setze einen Haken bei Ja, ich bin mit den Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden und klicke auf Starten.
  • Aktiviere die "Erkennung von eventuell unerwünschten Anwendungen" und wähle folgende Einstellungen.
  • Klicke auf Starten.
  • Die Signaturen werden heruntergeladen, der Scan beginnt automatisch.
  • Klicke am Ende des Suchlaufs auf Fertig stellen.
  • Schließe das Fenster von ESET.
  • Explorer öffnen.
  • C:\Programme\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt (bei 64 Bit auch C:\Programme (x86)\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt) suchen und mit Deinem Editor öffnen (bebildert).
  • Logfile hier posten.
  • Deinstallation: Systemsteuerung => Software / Programme deinstallieren => Eset Online Scanner V3 entfernen.
  • Manuell folgenden Ordner löschen und Papierkorb leeren => C:\Programme\Eset

Avira und AVG zusammen ist inakzeptabel.
Deinstallieren min. einen der beiden, besser beide. Wenn wir durch sind kannst du wieder einen Scanner installieren.

Antivir hatte ich nachdem Vorfall installiert, da die "alten" Programme wie auch AVG nicht mehr ausgeführt wurden. Ich dachte AVG wurde eventuell "zerschossen".
Leider kann ich AVG jetzt auch nicht deinstallieren. Die Unistall exe lässt sich nicht auffinden und über die Systemsteuerung oder CCleaner gibt es leider auch überhaupt keine Reaktion wenn ich es deinstallieren möchte.

Antivir ist jetzt jedenfalls deinstalliert.

AVG muss aber auch runter, sonst können wir spätere Tools nicht ausführen.

Da sollte es Tools geben, die AVG hoffentlich restlos entfernen

Ok das Tool sollte funktioniert haben. Ich finde nichts mehr von AVG und hab jetzt zusätzlich die Registrierung mit CCleaner von AVG Resten gesäubert...

Die Registry ist das Hirn des Systems. Funktioniert das Hirn nicht, funktioniert der Rest nicht mehr wirklich.
Wir lesen oft genug von Hilfesuchenden, dass deren System nach der Nutzung von Registry Cleanern nicht mehr booted.
  • Wie soll der Cleaner zu 100% wissen ob der Eintrag benötigt wird oder nicht ?
  • Es ist vollkommen egal ob ein paar verwaiste Registry Einträge am System sind oder nicht.
  • Auch die dauernd angepriesene Beschleunigung des Systems ist nur bedingt wahr. Du würdest es nicht merken.

Ein sogenanntes False Positive von einem Cleaner kann auch dein System unbootbar machen.
Zerstörst Du die Registry, zerstörst Du Windows.

WAAS?!?! Ok das ist ja mal gut sowas zu wissen.... Verdammt!
Da ging es hauptsächlich um nicht genutzte DLL's soweit ich weiß.

Ich hatte so eine Überprüfung von CCleaner öfters mal gemacht. Ich hab aber noch eine Sicherung der Registry angelegt nachdem ich mal so einen Durchlauf nach dem "Virus-Vorfall" gemacht hatte. Sollte ich die gestern angelegte .reg Datei wieder aufrufen??

Ja, spiel das Backup bitte wieder zurück.
Mit der Registry fummelt man besser nicht rum.
