Ich habe soeben auf meinem Laptop ein Programm namens "ASK.com Toolbar" gelöscht. Während des Deinstallierens kam unter Windows 7 die Administratorrechteabfrage. Doch als die Deinstallation beendet war forderte auf einmal mein Avira einen Systemneustart. Bei Öffnen des Systemcenters zeigte sich, dass der Guard und der Webguard deaktiviert wurden. Außerdem waren die Felder zum erneuten Aktiviern des Guards verschwunden. Über Google fand ich nun dieses Board, wo ich ein Problem eines Users fand, der ebenfalls große Probleme mit ebenjener "Toolbar" hatte. Dieses PRoblem wurde jedoch insofern beantwortet, als dass die "Ask.com toolbar"! nichts schädliches sei. Da ich zu diesem Thema jedoch nichts schreiben konnte, hoffe ich, auf diesem Wege eine Lösung des Problems zu bekommen. Ich habe den PC in den Ruhezustand versetzt, sodass er nicht vollständig herunterfährt und evtl. der
Virus noch mehr Schaden anrichten kann. Weil ich nicht weiß, wie ich den 'Virenscanner nun wieder aktivieren soll, ohne dass die Toolbar (noch mehr) Schaden anrichten kann.

Systemscan mit OTL

Lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop

• Doppelklick auf die OTL.exe
• Vista User: Rechtsklick auf die OTL.exe und "als Administrator ausführen" wählen
• Oben findest Du ein Kästchen mit Output. Wähle bitte Minimal Output
• Unter Extra Registry, wähle bitte Use SafeList
• Klicke nun auf Run Scan links oben
• Wenn der Scan beendet wurde werden 2 Logfiles erstellt - OTL.txt und Extras.txt
• Poste die Logfiles in Code-Tags hier in den Thread.

Ich würde gerne noch all deine installierten Programme sehen:
Lade dir das Tool Ccleaner herunter
→ Download
installieren (Software-Lizenzvereinbarung lesen, falls angeboten wird "Füge CCleaner Yahoo! Toolbar hinzu" abwählen)→ starten→ falls nötig - unter Options settings-> "german" einstellen
dann klick auf "Extra (um die installierten Programme auch anzuzeigen)→ weiter auf "Als Textdatei speichern..."
wird eine Textdatei (*.txt) erstellt, kopiere dazu den Inhalt und füge ihn da ein

Damit dein Thread übersichtlicher und schön lesbar bleibt, am besten nutze den Code-Tags für deinen Post:

als ich mir die Scans geradeeben angeschaut habe, ist mir noch etwas aufgefallen:
So steht hinter Computername und Username die Info : "Logged in as Administrator."
das dürfte aber eigentlich nicht sein, da ich nie als Admin arbeite! Ausnahme war gestern, bei der Deinstallation der Toolbar.

evtl hilft es noch weiter zu wissen, dass mein Laptop seit Kürzerem nurnoch knapp 1GB Arbeitsspeicher seiner eigentlich 4GB nutzt. Zwar ist ein Teil der 4GB durch eine 32-Bit Windowsversion lahmgelegt, doch der Rest müsste eigentlich noch größer als 1GB sein. Kann aber auch ein Hardwarefehler sein, der mit dem Virus nichts zu tun hat...

Das ist nicht zufällig die Ask Toolbar die Antivir installiert, damit man den Webguard auch in der kostenfreien Version nutzen kann?

War der Name der Toolbar denn Avira SearchFree Toolbar plus WebGuard?

nein, den genauen Namen kann ich zwar nicht liefern, aber der Namen beinhaltete nicht das Wort "Avira". Ich habe sie in der Systemsteuerung beim Ausmisten gefunden und deinstalliert. Sie hatte jedoch als Symbol das Ask.com-Symbol. Jedoch habe ich mir den Dateinamen nicht genau angeschaut, da ich sie ja deinstallieren wollte.

Ich habe den Laptop nun aus Versehen heruntergefahren.
Muss ich bei einem Neustart sofort mit dem Virus rechnen?
Bisher hatte ich ihn nur in den Ruhezustand versetzt, um dem Virus keine Angriffsfläche zu bieten (ich habe ja keine Ahnung, ob das was bringt).
Das bedeutet jetzt nur, dass ich derzeit keine Programme/Scanner drüberlaufen lassen kann, ohne ihn hochzufahren...

erneut einen Scan mit OTL:

• Doppelklick auf die OTL.exe
• Vista und Windows 7 User: Rechtsklick auf die OTL.exe und "als Administrator ausführen" wählen.
• Oben findest Du ein Kästchen mit Ausgabe.
  Wähle bitte Standard-Ausgabe
• Unter Extra-Registrierung wähle bitte Benutze SafeList.
• Mache Häckchen bei LOP- und Purity-Prüfung.
• Klicke nun auf Scan links oben.
• Wenn der Scan beendet wurde werden zwei Logfiles erstellt.
  Du findest die Logfiles auf Deinem Desktop => OTL.txt und Extras.txt
• Poste die Logfiles in Code-Tags hier in den Thread.

Lade Dir Malwarebytes Anti-Malware von→ malwarebytes.org

• Installieren und per Doppelklick starten.
• Deutsch einstellen und gleich mal die Datenbanken zu aktualisieren - online updaten

• wenn der Scanvorgang beendet ist, klicke auf "Zeige Resultate"
• Alle Funde - falls MBAM meldet in C:\System Volume Information - den Haken bitte entfernen - markieren und auf "Löschen" - "Ausgewähltes entfernen") klicken.

Auch auf USB-Sticks, selbstgebrannten Datenträgern, externen Festplatten und anderen Datenträgern können Viren transportiert werden. Man muss daher durch regelmäßige Prüfungen auf Schäden, die durch Malware ("Worm.Win32.Autorun") verursacht worden sein können, überwacht werden. Hierfür sind ser gut geegnet und empfohlen, die auf dem Speichermedium gesicherten Daten, mit Hilfe des kostenlosen Online Scanners zu prüfen.
Schließe jetzt alle externe Datenträgeran (USB Sticks etc) Deinen Rechner an, dabei die Hochstell-Taste [Shift-Taste] gedrückt halten, damit die Autorun-Funktion nicht ausgeführt wird. (So verhindest Du die Ausführung der AUTORUN-Funktion) - Man kann die AUTORUN-Funktion aber auch generell abschalten.►Anleitung

1.-3. durchgeführt - keine Funde
offensichtliche Probleme gibt es schon:
1. Beim Anschluss des Mobiltelefons bzw der Kamera hängt sich der Explorer beim Laden der Speicherkarten fast auf, und braucht nahezu endlos zum Laden
2. neulich eine neue Meldung: bluescreen mit "a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage..."

-> ich schließe daraus, dass wahrscheinlich kein Software, sondern ein Hardwarefehler vorliegt - kann das stimmen?

Scan mit Malwarebytes zeigte einen Fund und forderte einen Neustart - nach dem Neustart is die Log-Datei im Logordner nicht mehr zu finden und im Quarantäneverzeichnis ist auch nichts. - Wenn ich das Programm Malwarebytes öffne, ist die Sprache auf einmal wieder Englisch und im Quarantäneverzeichnis wird ebenfalls nichts angezeigt.
Soll ich nun trotzdem mit 5. fortfahren?

Man kann die Scan-Berichte zu jeder Zeit einsehen. Dazu klickt man auf den Tab Scan-Berichte im oberen Programm-Menü. Ein Doppelklick öffnet den jeweiligen Scan-Bericht im Editor.
