Hallo hallo,

ich brauche dringend Hilfe bei meinem Acer-Laptop.
Das Ding lief unglaublich langsam und bei der Google-Suche wurde ich ständig auf irgendwelche Seiten weitergeleitet, bzw. teilweise hat sich das komplette Internet und auch das System einfach aufgehängt.
Optimistisch, wie ich bin, dachte ich mit einer Formatierung wärs gegessen, also beide Partitionen formatiert, und was war? Alles genau wie vorher. -.-
Also hab ich mich hier mal ein bisschen reingelesen (hab ja keine Ahnung) und das Problem scheint kein Ungewöhnliches zu sein.
Malwarebytes hat nichts gefunden.

Ich habe dann mal mbr und GMER drüberlaufen lassen, Logs:

Hallo und

Bitte routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten.
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss!

Danach OTL:

Systemscan mit OTL

Lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop
  • Doppelklick auf die OTL.exe
  • Vista User: Rechtsklick auf die OTL.exe und "als Administrator ausführen" wählen
  • Oben findest Du ein Kästchen mit Output. Wähle bitte Minimal Output
  • Unter Extra Registry, wähle bitte Use SafeList
  • Klicke nun auf Run Scan links oben
  • Wenn der Scan beendet wurde werden 2 Logfiles erstellt
  • Poste die Logfiles hier in den Thread.

Ein Leitfaden und Tutorium zur Nutzung von ComboFix
  • Lade dir ComboFix hier herunter auf deinen Desktop. Benenne es beim Runterladen um in cofi.exe.
  • Schliesse alle Programme, vor allem dein Antivirenprogramm und andere Hintergrundwächter sowie deinen Internetbrowser.
  • Starte cofi.exe von deinem Desktop aus, bestätige die Warnmeldungen, führe die Updates durch (falls vorgeschlagen), installiere die Wiederherstellungskonsole (falls vorgeschlagen) und lass dein System durchsuchen.
    Vermeide es auch während Combofix läuft die Maus und Tastatur zu benutzen.
  • Im Anschluss öffnet sich automatisch eine combofix.txt, diesen Inhalt bitte kopieren ([Strg]a, [Strg]c) und in deinen Beitrag einfügen ([Strg]v). Die Datei findest du außerdem unter: C:\ComboFix.txt.
Wichtiger Hinweis:
Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn ein Kompetenzler dies ausdrücklich empfohlen hat!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

Hallo

Den Rechner habe ich vor 4 oder 5 Jahren geschenkt bekommen (er war aber neu, nicht gebraucht), da war das Betriebssystem und alles andere schon installiert. Es kam auch keine Windows-CD mit, sondern man musste sich selbst am Anfang so ne Recovery-Disc brennen. Die habe ich beim Neuaufsetzen dann auch jedes Mal benutzt.


Habe ComboFix drüberlaufen lassen, es kam auch gleich am Anfang erst ne Meldung dass das Master Boot Record infiziert ist, und dann später nochmal eine mit Hinweis auf Rootkitaktivitäten.

Ich möchte echt nicht ungeduldig erscheinen, aber ich brauch das Ding leider wirklich bald wieder =/ habe ihn heute nochmal ausprobiert, aber leider alles beim Alten ... er kam mir zunächst etwas schneller vor, aber das hat sich schnell gegeben und er wurde wieder zur Schnecke.
Kann ich selbst denn jetzt noch irgendwas machen? Oder sollte ich ihn lieber zum Experten geben?

Ok. Bitte nun Logs mit GMER und OSAM erstellen und posten.
GMER stürzt häufiger ab, wenn das Tool auch beim 2. Mal nicht will, lass es einfach weg und führ nur OSAM aus


Downloade Dir danach bitte MBRCheck (by a_d_13) und speichere die Datei auf dem Desktop.
  • Doppelklick auf die MBRCheck.exe.
    Vista und Win7 User mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"
  • Das Tool braucht nur eine Sekunde.
  • Danach solltest du eine MBRCheck_<Datum>_<Uhrzeit>.txt auf dem Desktop finden.
Poste mir bitte den Inhalt des .txt Dokumentes

Aloha,
habe heute nochmal GMER versucht, es ist aber jedes Mal wieder beim Speichern abgeschmiert.
Zusätzlich dazu hatte ich dann beim Hochfahren und einmal auch beim Absturz einen Bluescreen mit der Fehlermeldung:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
Hat das auch was damit zu tun?

Starte den Rechner neu und wähle im Bootmenü die Wiederherstellungskonsole aus.

Tipp dort den Befehl fixmbr ein (dann Enter, mit j bestätigen) danach den Befehl fixboot (dann Enter, mit j bestätigen)

Mit exit (dann enter drücken) wird der Rechner neu gestartet. Führe im normalen Windowsmodus den Bootkit Remover nochmals aus und poste das neue Log.

Sieht ok aus. Mach bitte zur Kontrolle Vollscans mit Malwarebytes und SUPERAntiSpyware und poste die Logs.
Denk dran beide Tools zu updaten vor dem Scan!!

Die Cookies beim SUPERAntiSpyware-Log entsprechen den Seiten, auf die ich bei der Google-Suche immer weitergeleitet wurde, was jetzt zum Glück weg ist.
Ich wollte die gefundenen Objekte dann eigentlich in Quarantäne setzen, aber anscheinend hat er sie jetzt doch schon gelöscht. Schlimm?
