Hallo,

habe leider genau dassselbe Problem. Habe auch Windows Vista und seit 2 Tagen diese Meldung des trojaners sobald ich auf den IE klicke. Mit Antivir kann dieser leider nicht weg gemacht werden. Habe auch mal einen OSAM Log erstellt. Bitte um Hilfe Will diese dumme Pferd nicht mehr haben ( zumal ich auch garnicht weiß woher ich ihn hab, lade nicht etc.)

Ach mist, mein Trojaner heißt C:\Windows\System32\kbdqulo.dll
Kann man trotzdem den selben Vorgang machen?

Deinstalliere Bearshare und rühre sowas nie wieder an!

Einträge deaktivieren

Nachdem ein Kompetenzler dir die ensprechenden Einträge genannt hat gehe folgendermaßen vor um diese zu deaktivieren.

1. Clicke auf "Settings" oben rechts im Hauptfenster.

   Setze einen Haken bei "Disable objects using the driver" und setze die darunterliegende Option auf "Always".

2. Deaktiviere folgende Einträge indem du den Haken vor dem Eintrag enfernst:

3. Wenn du alle genannten Einträge deaktivert hast clicke "Apply".

4. Es erscheint folgende Meldung die du mit "Reboot" bestätigst.

   Der Computer wird neustarten.
   .
5. Nach dem Neustart starte OSAM erneut - du wirst einen Report angezeigt bekommen über die deaktivierten Einträge. Kopiere diesen Report und poste ihn uns.

6. Danach suchst du dir die Einträge nocheinmal heraus und löscht sie. Dazu clickst du sie mit einem rechts-Click an und wählst "Delete from storage" aus.
   .
   

Starte den Rechner abermals neu.

Poste nach dem Neustart ein frisches OSAM logfile.

Habe das schon gaanz lange nicht mehr auf meinem PC zumindest startet es nicht mehr. Ist schon älter. Wusste garnich, dass es noch auf meinen PC ist habe es auch erst in dem LOG gelesen. Wie bekomm ich das nun weg? Weil es gibt keine Button mehr und sowas. Und was ist mit dem Trojaner?

Wenn BearShare schon deinstalliert ist dann ignoriere das.

Deaktiviere die Einträg.

Der Trojaner kann nun nicht mehr starten.

Allerdings gammeln seine Dateien noch auf deiner Festplatte und wir werden jetzt mal gucken mit welchem Programm wir die gelöscht bekommen.
Das ist nämlich einfacher als die alle händisch zu löschen..

Versuchen wir es mal mit SUPERAntiSpyware poste wie immer das log.

So endlich ist der Scan fertig. Habe leider zu schnell auf weiter geklickt. Jetzt sind die Dateien in Quarantäne. Ich hoffe das ist nich schlimm. Weil sowas sollte ich ja noch nicht machen ohne eine Info von dir :/.

Das wäre super toll.

Der Trojaner sollte auf jeden Fall seiner Funktion beraubt sein.

Da kein Scanner den momtan erkennt müssen wir allerdings noch ein bischen Handarbeit anlegen bevor ich guten Gewissens entlassen kann.

Erstelle dazu bitte zwei AVZ logs nach Anleitung.

So habe die Scans erstellt. Bin mir aber iwie nicht sicher ob ich das richtig gemacht habe. Ich hoffe es doch. Denn ich kann nicht die Beschreibung schreiben . Habe keine Infos sehen können. Ich häng einfach mal die 2 ZIP Dateien an. Hoffe die sind richtig.

Und ich hoffe jetzt ist das Pferd endlich weg.

Lasse dein System bitte mit dem CCleaner bereinigen.

Erstelle gleich danach ein frisches AVZ log. Eins reicht.
