internetgeschwindigkeit viel viel zu langsam

habe seit ca 3 tagen das problem das meine up un download geschwindigkeit
wesentlich zu langsam ist.
habe eigentlich eine 26000/1000 leitung von kabel deutschland.
dazwischen hängt noch nen wlan router.
sonst auch keinerlei problem.
doch seit neuestem dauert halt der seitenaufbau viel zu lange.
habe auf www.wieistmeineip.de die geschwindigkeit mehrfach gemessen. sie beträgt im schnitt:
Download-Geschwindigkeit: 77 kbit/s (10 kByte/s)
Upload-Geschwindigkeit: 80 kbit/s (10 kByte/s)
