Guten Abend ich habe folgenes Problem und zwar findet meine Firewal GData den Virus Win32:Rootkit-gen [Rtk] in Datei: A0118712.dll
Verzeichnis: C:\System Volume Information\_restore{F8C7CADC-B496-4CC5-AA5A-B372BDF4C6AC}\RP467
Aber wenn ich einen Virenscan mit Spyware Doctor durchführe wird dieser nicht gefunden.

Kann mir da jemand weiter helfen wie ich den wieder weg bekomme, hier das Log dazu.

GDatat & Spyware Doctor suchen nach sehr unterschiedlichen Arten von Malware, daher ist es normal, dass die beiden nicht dieselben Befälle finden.

Erstelle bitte ein Log mit

DSS

• Lade dir DSS
• Schließe alle Anwendungen und führe DSS.exe dann mit einem Doppelklick aus
• Führe während DSS arbeitet bitte keine anderen Aktionen durch
• Am Ende öffnen sich 2 Datein main.txt und extra.txt
• Poste den Inhalt beider Dateien hier

das ganze log bitte, schiebe danach ein combofix-log nach.
installiere nun zuerst das ComboFix, bevor wir weitere Arbeiten an deinem System vornehmen. Folge dieser Anleitung, waehle die deutsche Übersetzung: Combofix Guide & Instructions, um dich dort über die Anleitung zum Combofix zu informieren, insbesondere über die Installation der Wiederherstellungs Konsole. Installiere die Wiederherstellungskonsole zuerst.

Poste anschliessend ein ComboFix Logfile und ein neues HijackThis Log.

Hinweis: klicke nicht in das Fenster vom ComboFix, während es läuft, das könnte das Programm veranlassen hängen zu bleiben.

ComboFix

Ein Leitfaden und Tutorium zur Nutzung von ComboFix

• Lade dir das Tool hier herunter auf den Desktop -> KLICK

Das Programm jedoch noch nicht starten sondern zuerst folgendes tun:

• Schliesse alle Anwendungen und Programme, vor allem deine Antiviren-Software und andere Hintergrundwächter, sowie deinen Internetbrowser.
  Vermeide es auch explizit während das Combofix läuft die Maus und Tastatur zu benutzen.

• Dann folgende Anleitung durchlesen und abarbeiten -> CCleaner Systembereinigung

• Starte nun die combofix.exe von deinem Desktop aus, bestätige die Warnmeldungen und lass dein System durchsuchen.

• Im Anschluss öffnet sich automatisch eine combofix.txt, diesen Inhalt bitte abkopieren und in deinen Beitrag einfügen. Das log findest du außerdem unter: C:\ComboFix.txt.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden wenn ein Kompetenzler dies ausdrücklich empfohlen hat!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

Hinweis: Combofix verhindert die Autostart Funktion aller CD / DVD und USB - Laufwerken um so eine Verbeitung einzudämmen. Wenn es hierdurch zu Problemen kommt, diese im Thread posten.

* Lade Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware auf deinen Desktop herunter.

* Mache einen Doppel-Klick auf die mbam-setup.exe und folge den Hinweisen, um das Programm zu installieren.
* Vergewissere dich nun, dass folgende Optionen angehakt sind:

o Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware updaten
o Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware starten

* Klicke nun auf Fertigstellen.
* Wenn ein Update gefunden wird, wird es heruntergeladen und die neueste Version installieren.
* Wenn das Programm fertig geladen ist, wähle kompletScan durchführen, klicke auf Scan.
* Wenn der Scan beendet ist, klicke auf OK, dann auf Ergebnisse anzeigen.
* Vergewissere dich, dass neben allen Malware-Einträgen ein Häkchen sitzt.
* Klicke dann auf 'Ausgewähltes entfernen' und auf OK.
