Hallo,
so wie es scheint, hat es meine Frau und mich jetzt auch erwischt und wir haben uns ein Ungeziefer eingefangen.
Während der Arbeit am Rechner ist bei meiner Frau ein Programm Live Security Platinum aufgegangen, das im ersten Moment einen seriösen Eindruck machte und vor über 38 Viren und Spyware Programmen auf unseren Rechner warnte. Nachdem das Programm nur zu einer kostenpflichtigen Seite weiterleitete, die wir zwar schließen konnten (denn an dieser Stelle wurden wir misstrauisch) versuchte ich irgendwie etwas über diese Software Live Security Platinum im Internet herauszufinden. So bin hier gelandet, denn das was ich lesen konnte, war wenig aufbauend, weil widersprüchlich und nicht nachvollziehbar (händisch Prozesse beenden und Programme beenden, die nicht zu finden waren bzw. ließ sich der Task-Manager gar nicht starten, oder es wurde Software angeboten – aber die Seiten machten einen ebenfalls unseriösen Eindruck)
Ich bin unter einem anderen Benutzerprofil, das normal startet, auf dem infizierten Rechner zurzeit aktiv und schreibe von dort. Wir haben leider keinen anderen Rechner. Das Profil meiner Frau lässt sich aber gar nicht mehr nutzen, weil der Virus – oder was Live Security Platinum darstellt – alle Arbeiten dort blockiert. Kurz noch zu unserer fachlichen Bildung. Ich würde uns als normale User ohne vertiefte EDV Kenntnisse beschreiben. Geht es zu tief ins Metier, fehlt bei uns irgendwann das Verständnis, aber „normale“ Anwendungen können wir bedienen.
Was kann/muss ich machen um den Rechner zu bereinigen? Im Rechner befinden sich sechs Festplatten – eine mit zwei Partitionen für das Betriebssystem Windows 7 und die Programme, zweimal zwei Raid(1) Platten und eine Solo Back-Up Platte. Insgesamt lagern auf den fünf Daten-Festplatten ungefähr 2 TB Fotos. Unser größter Daten-Schatz, den ich retten möchte.
Mich würde interessieren, ob der Virus nur die Betriebssystem Festplatte befällt oder auch alle unsere Fotos, Word, Excel, pdf-Dateien usw. infizieren kann?
Gibt es irgendeine Chance ohne eine Neuinstallation den Virus VOLL und GANZ zu löschen?
Ich habe mal wie in der Anleitung beschrieben, die beiden Programme Defogger und OTL von Euch über den Rechner laufen lassen und werde nachfolgend die OTL.Txt und Extra.Txt anhängen.
Ich hoffe, Ihr habt noch eine bessere Lösung als Neuinstallation für unser Problem! Im Voraus schon mal herzlichen Dank für Eurer Forum und die Hilfe.

Bitte erstmal routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten. =>ALLE lokalen Datenträger (außer CD/DVD) überprüfen lassen!
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss!

Die Funde mit Malwarebytes bitte alle entfernen, sodass sie in der Quarantäne von Malwarebytes aufgehoben werden! NICHTS voreilig aus der Quarantäne entfernen!

Falls Logs aus älteren Scans mit Malwarebytes vorhanden sind, bitte auch davon alle posten!




ESET Online Scanner

  • Hier findest du eine bebilderte Anleitung zu ESET Online Scanner
  • Lade und starte Eset Online Scanner
  • Setze einen Haken bei Ja, ich bin mit den Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden und klicke auf Starten.
  • Aktiviere die "Erkennung von eventuell unerwünschten Anwendungen" und wähle folgende Einstellungen.
  • Klicke auf Starten.
  • Die Signaturen werden heruntergeladen, der Scan beginnt automatisch.
  • Klicke am Ende des Suchlaufs auf Fertig stellen.
  • Schließe das Fenster von ESET.
  • Explorer öffnen.
  • C:\Programme\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt (bei 64 Bit auch C:\Programme (x86)\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt) suchen und mit Deinem Editor öffnen (bebildert).
  • Logfile hier posten.
  • Deinstallation: Systemsteuerung => Software / Programme deinstallieren => Eset Online Scanner V3 entfernen.
  • Manuell folgenden Ordner löschen und Papierkorb leeren => C:\Programme\Eset

Hallo cosinus, vielen Dank, dass Du Dich gemeldet hast. Freut mich wirklich. Hatte die letzten beiden Tage Termine und bin immer spät nach Hause gekommen und die beiden Scans haben länger gedauert. Zu lange um sie schon gestern zu posten.
Kleiner Nachtrag, zu den Sachen, die ich schon versucht habe. Habe am Wochenende noch einen Tipp aus dem Internet versucht, weil ich vom Benutzerkonto meiner Frau die Email-Adressen retten wollte. Der Tipp war, dass System auf einen früheren Wiederherstellungspunkt zurückzusetzen. Klang vielversprechend, also habe ich es versucht. Es scheint in soweit geklappt zu haben, dass der Virus "Live Security Platinum" nicht mehr da war und die Prozesse und Programmen lahmgelegt hat, als ich mich in dem Konto angemeldet habe.
Jetzt hoffe ich nur, dass das nicht so kontroproduktiv war und alle Unterstützung von Dir boykottiert.

Wie geschrieben, habe die beiden Scans laufen lassen. Malwarebyte hat knapp 4 Stunden in der letzten Nacht gescannt und Eset dann am Tage als ich auf der Arbeit war. Malwarebytes hatte keine infizierten Dateien gefunden. Bei Eset wurden, als ich zur Arbeit ging, schon einige angezeigt. Aber ich hoffe, es handel sich um die erwähnten Fehlalarme. Aber schau selbst. Und aus dieser log-Datei habe ich alles gepostet.


Stehe irgendwie auf dem Schlauch. Oder hätte ich Malewarebytes irgendwie besonders einstellen müssen. Ich habe nur vollständigen Scan ausgewählt. Der Rest war default.

Ja dann hast du obwohl ich dir eine peinlich genaue Anleitung gepostet habe, den Scan mit Malwarebytes nicht richtig gemacht!

Schau mal nach ob die Logs noch hier zu sehen sind in Form von Textdateien. Damit du die Ordner auch siehst das hier VORHER umsetzen!! => http://www.trojaner-board.de/59624-a...-sichtbar.html

ich habe die Anweisung genau befolgt. Aber ich konnte erstmal im beschriebenen Verzeichnis nichts finden.
Bevor ich völlig verzeifelte, fiel mir zum Glück noch auf, dass ich gerade im falschen Benutzerkonto war, und der Scan vom Administrator Konto aus erfolgte.

Hier ist der Code, der unter C:\Users\(USER)\AppData\Roaming\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-yyyy-mm-dd.txt
lag. Ich hoffe, Du kannst damit etwas anfangen. Ansonsten starte ich den Scan noch einmal.

  • Starte die adwcleaner.exe mit einem Doppelklick.
  • Klicke auf Search.

  • Starte die adwcleaner.exe mit einem Doppelklick.
  • Klicke auf Delete.
  • Bestätige jeweils mit Ok.
  • Dein Rechner wird neu gestartet. Nach dem Neustart öffnet sich eine Textdatei.

Hätte da mal zwei Fragen bevor es weiter geht

1.) Geht der normale Modus von Windows (wieder) uneingeschränkt?
2.) Vermisst du irgendwas im Startmenü? Sind da leere Ordner unter alle Programme oder ist alles vorhanden?

zu 1) Der normale Betrieb von Windows funktioniert uneingeschränkt.

zu 2) Ich vermisse nichts, auch sind alle Verzeichnisse der Programme unter Start gefüllt.

Der Rechner scheint wieder sauber zu sein und ganz normal zu laufen.

Lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop. Falls schon vorhanden, bitte die ältere vorhandene Datei durch die neu heruntergeladene Datei ersetzen, damit du auch wirklich mit einer aktuellen Version von OTL arbeitest.
  • Starte bitte die OTL.exe.
    Vista und Win7 User mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"
  • Setze oben mittig den Haken bei Scanne alle Benutzer
  • Kopiere nun den kompletten Inhalt aus der untenstehenden Codebox in die Textbox von OTL - wenn OTL auf deutsch ist wird sie mit beschriftet

Habe alles so gemacht, wie beschrieben, aber es kam nach dem Drücken des <Quick Scan>-Buttons keine Abfrage mehr, die mit <ok> quittiert werden musste. Keine Ahnung, ob das ein Fehler ist.
Neben dem OTK.Txt wurde noch eine Extra.Txt erstellt. Falls Du diese auch noch brauchst, bitte melden.

Kannst Du zwischendrin vielleicht mal sagen, wie es aussieht? Für mich macht es bisher den Eindruck, dass das System "fast" ok ist. Ist es behebbar oder ganz schlimm , wenigstens das würde ich gerne wissen wollen?
