Hallo allerseits,

mein Vater hatte gestern eine ominöse E-Mail im Posteingang. Es handelte sich um eine vermeintliche Bestellbestätigung von rtlshop.de, wobei sich bestimmte Informationen (u.a. Lieferadresse) angeblich in einem angehängten Zip-Archiv befanden. Er hat den Anhang nicht geöffnet und die E-Mail umgehend gelöscht, trotzdem erschien kurz darauf die bekannte Mitteilung (hxxp://img.trojaner-board.de/verschluesselungs-trojaner/windows-lizenzierung.png). Gut möglich, dass es da einen Zusammenhang gibt.

Wie auch immer, der Computer ist jetzt natürlich "gesperrt". Booten im abgesichterten Modus funktioniert nicht. Einen OTLPE-Scan habe ich bereits gemacht:

dieses speicherst du auf nem usb stick als fix.txt
nutze nun wieder OTLPENet.exe (starte also von der erstellten cd) und hake alles an, wie es bereits im post zu OTLPENet.exe beschrieben ist.
• Klicke nun bitte auf den Fix Button.
es sollte nun eine meldung ähnlich dieser: "load fix from file" erscheinen, lade also die fix.txt von deinem stick.
wenn dies nicht funktioniert, bitte den fix manuell eintragen.
dann klicke erneut den fix buton. pc startet evtl. neu. wenn ja, nimm die cd aus dem laufwerk, windows sollte nun normal starten und die otl.txt öffnen,
log posten bitte.

Windows startet jetzt normal, der Sperrbildschirm erscheint nicht mehr, eine otl.txt hat sich aber nicht geöffnet. Unter F:\ befindet sich eine OTL.txt, das scheint aber (laut Timecode) die von vorhin zu sein. Unter F:\_OTL\MovedFiles befindet sich eine .txt-Datei mit folgendem Inhalt:

• Mache einen Rechtsklick auf den Ordner Movedfiles --> Senden an --> Zip-Komprimierter Ordner

  Dies wird eine Movedfiles.zip Datei in _OTL erstellen
• Lade diese bitte in unseren Uploadchannel

infektionsquelle war evtl. eine mail:
an solchen mails mit rechnung, mahnung und sonstigen anhängen, von unbekannten absendern bin ich interessiert.
wenn du ein mail programm nutzt, dann mail markieren, rechtsklick, speichern unter, typ:
.eml einstellen.
dann mail an:

wenn du deine mails über den browser abrufst, sag mir mal welchen anbieter du nutzt, dann geht das ein bisschen anders.
bitte warne freunde, bekannte, verwante etc vor dieser masche, und lasse ihnen ruhig diese mail adresse zukommen.
sie können dann dorthin solche verdächtigen mails senden.
diese helfen uns dann, angemessen auf neue bedrohungen zu reagieren, da diese schadsoftware auch updates erhält ist das wichtig.

Einkäufe definitiv, Onlinebanking afaik auch gelegentlich (ist nicht mein Computer), beruflich wird das Gerät eigentlich nicht benutzt, höchstens um mal eine E-Mail zu beantworten.

Ich schaue mal nach, ob sich die im Eingangspost erwähnte E-Mail noch auftreiben lässt. Wie gesagt, mein Vater hatte sie bereits gelöscht, aber möglicherweise befindet sie sich noch im Papierkorb des E-Mail-Programms. Edit: Gerade nachgeguckt. Die E-Mail ist nicht mehr da. Den Anhang der E-Mail hatte er übrigens doch angeklickt, das war wohl ein Missverständnis.

Sandboxie
Die devinition einer Sandbox ist hier nachzulesen:

Kurz gesagt, man kann Programme fast 100 %ig isuliert vom System ausführen.

Der Vorteil liegt klar auf der Hand, wenn über den Browser Schadcode eingeschläust wird, kann dieser nicht nach außen dringen.

bitte folgende zusatz konfiguration machen:
sandboxie control öffnen, menü sandbox anklicken, defauldbox wählen.
dort klicke auf sandbox einstellungen.
beschrenkungen, bei programm start und internet zugriff schreibe:
chrome.exe
dann gehe auf anwendungen, webbrowser, chrome.
dort aktiviere alles außer gesammten profil ordner freigeben.
Wie du evtl. schon gesehen hast, kannst du einige Funktionen nicht nutzen.
Dies ist nur in der Vollversion nötig, zu deren Kauf ich dir rate.
Du kannst zb unter "Erzwungene Programmstarts" festlegen, dass alle Browser in der Sandbox starten.
Ansonsten musst du immer auf "Sandboxed webbrowser" klicken bzw Rechtsklick, in Sandboxie starten.
Eine lebenslange Lizenz kostet 30 €, und ist auf allen deinen PC's nutzbar.

Dies ist aber leider nur für Windows 7 Nutzer vernünftig nutzbar.
