Komplette Festplatte nach Fund von Bootsektorvirus BOO/TDss.C verschwunden



Hallo,

ich hoffe ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen. Ich versuche mein Problem so gut es geht zu erläutern.
Ich habe in meinem Rechner 2 Festplatten. Auf der ersten ist Windows installiert. Die zweite, in drei Partionen unterteilt, enthielt bisher Medien und Dokumente verschiedener Art. Nachdem ich kürzlich eine vollständige Systemprüfung mit Antivir durchgeführt habe kame folgender Befund:

Der Suchlauf über die Bootsektoren wird begonnen:

Nach dem Start des Rechners am darauffolgenden Tag Sind die drei Partionen der zweiten Festplatte nicht mehr auffindbar (Also D: E: und F . Die Festplatte an sich wird im BIOS und im Gerätemanager angezeigt, nur eben im Arbeitsplatz nicht. Ich habe bisher keinen Weg gefunden auf die Daten zuzugreifen. Auch bei erneuten Suchläufen von Antivir oder anderen Programmen werden die Partitionen nicht mehr berücksichtigt, bzw. nicht mehr erkannt.

Soweit das Problem.
Ich hänge jetzt einfach mal alle von euch gewünschten Dateien an und hoffe, dass jemand eine Idee hat wie ich an die Festplatte wieder ran komme.

Hm, die Partitionen sind leider weg.
Mit Glück kannst du noch mit Testdisk die Partitionstabelle wiederherstellen.

HAllo ...

Keine Ahnung wie, aber ich habe mit testdisk irgwie die partitionen wiederhergestellt. Ist natürlich die Frage ob das eigentliche Problem, das zu dem Verlust geführt hat weiterhin besteht.

Kann ich jetzt irgenetwas tun um das abzuklären? Vielleicht nochmal nen logfile von den wiederhergestellten Partitionen?!

Bitte nun routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten.
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss!

Falls Logs aus älteren Scans mit Malwarebytes vorhanden sind, bitte auch davon alle posten!



ESET Online Scanner

  • Hier findest du eine bebilderte Anleitung zu ESET Online Scanner
  • Lade und starte Eset Online Scanner
  • Setze einen Haken bei Ja, ich bin mit den Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden und klicke auf Starten.
  • Aktiviere die "Erkennung von eventuell unerwünschten Anwendungen" und wähle folgende Einstellungen.
  • Klicke auf Starten.
  • Die Signaturen werden heruntergeladen, der Scan beginnt automatisch.
  • Klicke am Ende des Suchlaufs auf Fertig stellen.
  • Schließe das Fenster von ESET.
  • Explorer öffnen.
  • C:\Programme\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt (bei 64 Bit auch C:\Programme (x86)\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt) suchen und mit Deinem Editor öffnen (bebildert).
  • Logfile hier posten.
  • Deinstallation: Systemsteuerung => Software / Programme deinstallieren => Eset Online Scanner V3 entfernen.
  • Manuell folgenden Ordner löschen und Papierkorb leeren => C:\Programme\Eset

Arbeite gerade an SP3 (keine Ahnung warum das nicht automatisch upgedatet wurde. An sich sind die automatischen Updates eingestellt.) und nutze in erster Linie Firefox und nicht IE.
Bei Firefox ist die aktuellste Version vorhanden.

Das ist leider ein weit verbreiteter Irrtum, dass man dann den IE nicht mehr aktuell halten muss.
Der IE ist eine Systemkomponente von Windows und sollte immer so aktuell wie möglich sein.

Sp3 ist aktualisiert.

KAnnst du mir eventuell weiterhelfen wie es zu dem verschwinden der PArtitionen gekommen ist, dass ich das in Zukunft vermeiden kann oder andersweitig ein zwei Tipps geben um so einer Situatione gar nicht erst gegenüberzustehen?

Das wäre klasse.
