Hallo,

kürzlich ist folgendes Problem aufgetreten: Die Dateiausführungsverhinderung brachte den Internet Explorer zum Absturz. IE lässt sich auch nicht mehr starten, da er beim Startvorgang sofort abstürzt ("hat er Problem verursacht und muss geschlossen werden..."). Alles andere funktioniert weiter ohne Probleme wie vorher. Firewall und AntiVir waren beide zu jedem Zeitpunkt aktiviert und AntiVir wird regelmäßig aktualisiert. Ich habe eine Komplettüberprüfung gestartet, die einen Fund ergab, die Datei wurde in die Quarantäne verschoben, geändert hat sich dadurch soweit scheinbar nichts.

Dazu habe ich jetzt einige Fragen:

(1) Wurde der Rechner infiziert?
(2) Ist es zu Empfehlen, Programme und Dateien zu sichern?
(3) Kann bei der Übertragung auf einen anderen Rechner dieser infiziert werden?
(4) Besteht Gefahr für den Rechner, wenn ich die Dateiausführungsverhinderung aufhebe? (Abgesehen davon, dass ich momentan noch nicht weiß, wie das funktioniert)
(5) Was ist jetzt überhaupt zur Behebung des Problems möglich udn welche Schritte sind dafür notwendig?

befor ich dir eine der fragen beantworte, möchte ich dein betriebssystem ansehen,
die datenausführungsverhinderung komplett aufzuheben halte ich für keine gute idee, wenn wir aber zu keiner lösung kommen, können wir sie für bestimmte prozesse aufheben.

1. der internet explorer 7 sollte auf version 8 geupdatet werden. mach das bitte, spiele auch weitere wichtige updates ein, die über die windows update seite angeboten werden.

avira 10 so instalieren bzw. dann konfigurieren. wenn du die konfiguration übernommen hast, update das programm.
klicke dann auf "lokaler schutz" "lokale laufwerke" eventuelle funde in quarantäne, log posten.

Bei IE 8 gab es jetzt Probleme. Der PC konnte nicht auf Malware überprüft werden, IE 8 konnte nciht installiert werden, Updates konnten nciht installiert werden. Ich sollte das dann manuell machen, holte mir das vorgeschlagene Update. Er wollte das aber nicht ausführen:
"Die Service-Pack-Version dieses Systems ist neuer als das Update, das Sie installieren möchten. Das Update muss nicht installiert werden."

Der download hat funktioniert. Das Ausführen nicht. Es gab eben wieder exakt den selben Fehler wie o.a.

bist du als admin eingelogt?
was passiert wenn dus im abgesicherten modus machst, bei pc start sollte es die f8-taste sein und dann abgesicherter modus wählen

Ja, als Admin.
Ich habe die zuletzt genannten Dinge noch nicht erledigt, da sie immer mehr Zeit beanspruchen und ich anderweitig ein bißchen eingespannt bin. Ich schreibe nur, um zu melden, dass Antivir diesen Trojaner eben wieder festgestellt hat und den Zugriff verweigert hat. Der PC lief, Mozilla und WE waren geöffnet, aber es wurde zum Meldezeitpunkt schon seit mindestens einer halben, vielleicht einer Stunde nichts am PC gemacht. Wie schätzst Du die Lage ein?

Nachtrag: Eben gerade dasselbe nochmal, Antivir hat erneut den o.g. Trojaner gemeldet.

Und noch etwas: Mc Afee Security Scan Plus - wo kommt der jetzt her? Hab ich den beim Versuch, IE 8 herunterzuladen, heruntergeladen? War das so gedacht?

den kannst du deinstalieren über systemsteuerung, software.
meine frage war ob das im abgesicherten modus auch passiert.
eine andere möglichkeit wäre hallt, das system neu aufzusetzen und dann so abzusichern das so was möglichst nicht mehr passiert
