Welche Dateien befällt der 10 Tan Trojaner?



Hallo,

ich habe mir vorgestern einen "10 Tan Trojaner" eingefangen. Habe auch schon im Forum und bei Google gesucht, was man dagegen machen kann. Als Antworten waren div. Programme (ComboFix, Spybot SD o.ä.) runterladen, System checken usw. Leider hängt sich der Rechner (Windows 7) nach dem hochfahren sofort auf. (Im abgesicherten Modus habe ich es noch nicht versucht, ob der Browser läuft...)

Nun meine Frage: wenn ich Windows 7 neu installiere, darf ich vorher dann meine Foto-Bilddaten (JPG) und alle MS-Office-Dateien auf eine extrene festplatte sichern? Oder sind diese Daten auch befallen?

1. Oben findest Du ein Kästchen mit Output. Wähle bitte Minimal Output

movedfiles habe ich gerade hochgeladen. sind dreimal movedfiles enthalten, da ich dreimal gefixt habe (dachte, dass ich im abgesicherten modus weitermachen muss...)
muss ich denn jetzt windows neu drauf spielen?

ich möchte nur noch ein programm laufen lassen, um mögliche probleme beim daten sichern auszuschließen, dauert noch 30 minuten, dann erkläre ich dir genau, wie das system neu aufzusetzen ist, falls du das nicht weist, und wie du es in zukunft richtig absicherst damit wir uns nicht noch mal wieder sehen müssen :-)
nicht, dass es mich nicht gefreud hätte....
bitte erstelle und poste ein combofix log.

alles klar. ich nutze die windows cd. die formatiert die festplatte doch automatisch, oder? format c muss ich doch nicht mehr über die dos ebene machen, oder?

also du legst die cd ein, dann kommt irgendwann ein fenster, wo du die partitionen siehst, dort auf optionen und formatieren.
wenn einmal die meldung erscheint, daten nach windows.old kopieren, dann ist das mit dem format c: fehlgeschlagen und du musst noch mal zurück.

dort wichtige und optionale updates instalieren und unter einstellungen so konfigurieren das updates automatisch geladen werden.

als browser opera.
falls er dir nicht zusagt, passe ich die anleitung für nen andern browser an
um das surfen sicherer zu machen, würde ich Sandboxie empfehlen.

hier noch ein paar zusatzeinstellungen, nicht verunsichern lassen, wenn du das programm instaliert hast, werden sie klar.
den direkten datei zugriff bitte auf opera beschrenken,
bei
Internetzugriff:
opera.exe
öffne dann sandboxie, dann oben im menü auf sandbox klickem, wähle deine sandbox aus und klicke dann auf sandboxeinstellung.
dort auf anwendung, webbrowser, andere dort auf direkten zugriff auf opera bookmarks erlauben. dann auf hinzufügen und ok.
somit kannst du deine lesezeichen auch in der sandbox dauerhaft abspeichern.

wenn du mit dem programm gut auskommst, ist ne lizenz zu empfehlen.
1. es gibt dann noch ein paar mehr funktionen.
2. kommt nach nem monat die anzeige, dass das programm freeware ist, die verschwindet erst nach ner zeit, find ich n bissel nerfig.
3. ist die lizenz lebenslang gültig, kostenpunkt rund 30 €, und du kannst sie auf allen pcs in deinem haushalt einsetzen.

eine sandbox ist eine isulierte umgebung aus der kein programm raus kommt.

um die volle wirkung zu erreichen muss alles umgesetzt und eingehalten werden.
alle benötigten verknüpfungen fürs eingeschrenkte konto nach
c:\benutzer\Default\desktop bzw \startmenü
kopieren. so sind sie für alle sichtbar
wenn du fragen hast, probleme, oder erfolgreich warst, melde dich bitte.
wenn du online banking betreibst, lese den passenden abschnitt, die banken stellen card reader verbilligt zur verfügung, nutze das also, da dies die sicherste methode ist.

oh, wow. da war ich wohl was schnell mit meiner frage. muss erstmal heute alles sichern und das system neu drauf spielen. habe es gestern nicht mehr geschafft. also bitte nicht wundern wenn ich mich ein zwei tage nicht zurückmelde. aber eine kurze frage hätte ich trotzdem noch: welche dateien befällt denn nun so ein trojaner? sind bilder und office dateien gar nicht davon betroffen? oder hängt das von irgendwelchen (mir unbekannten) faktoren ab?

also ein trojaner befällt keine dateien, dies tun im allgemeinen nur viren.
dein antivirus würde da zb eine w32.virusname erkennung anzeigen.
es gibt auch viren die office dateien befallen.
