Hallo ... ich habe ein Problem und zwar wollte ich heute morgen in mein Online Banking und auf einmal sollte ich eine Tan nummer eingeben. Da ich aber Sms Tan verfahren habe ging das eh nicht. Meine Bank hat dann gesagt, dass ich einen Virus auf dem Pc haben müsse.

Nu hab ich schon CCleaner durchlaufen lassen und Cofi auch schon gemacht. Hier der Bericht davon:

du hast den spyeye trojaner auf dem system.
da wir nicht 100 %ig garantieren können das wir den pc sauber bekommen was aber fürs banking dringend notwendig ist, sichere deine daten und dann setze neu auf, ich erkläre dir wie du das system richtig absicherst, wenn die daten gesichert sind.

Kann sich der Trojaner auch auf meine D: setzen? Weil ich habe C: für System und D: für Multimedia.

Wenn nicht, dann bräuchte ich ja nur C: machen.

Und es gibt keine andere Möglichkeit das Ding runterzubekommen?

Ja natürlich ich bin für jede Hilfe dankbar. Ich habe noch nie so ein übelstes Problem mit meinem Rechner gehabt :-( Nervt mich grad tierisch ... ich werde morgen Vormittag den Rechner neu aufsetzen.

ok sichere erst mal daten, falls es dabei irgendwelche fragen gibt, stelle sie, falls nicht melde dich und ich gebe dir die tipps, dass hällt die sache übersichtlicher denke ich.

So Rechner ist soweit wieder in Ordnung. Wäre nun natürlich über jegliche Hilfe zur Absicherung des Rechners glücklich.
