Hallo ihr lieben,
ich habe seit einigen tagen ein großes problem mit meinem pc. wenn ich ihn hochgefahren habe kann ich nur noch die maus bewegen aber nichts anklicken. ich kann noch nicht einmal den taskmanager öffnen. ich habe ihm schon einige male resetet was aber rein gar nichts gebracht hat. auch habe ich im abgesicherten modus schon zweimal eine systemwiederherstellung durchgeführt. danach funktionierte es dann immer für einige minuten wieder. dann aber setzt das gleiche problem wieder ein. ich weiß nicht was ich noch machen kann und bitte daher um eure hilfe. danke schon mal im voraus.

bitte nen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten. Danach OTL:

Systemscan mit OTL

Lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop
  • Doppelklick auf die OTL.exe
  • Vista User: Rechtsklick auf die OTL.exe und "als Administrator ausführen" wählen
  • Oben findest Du ein Kästchen mit Output. Wähle bitte Minimal Output
  • Unter Extra Registry, wähle bitte Use SafeList
  • Klicke nun auf Run Scan links oben
  • Wenn der Scan beendet wurde werden 2 Logfiles erstellt
  • Poste die Logfiles hier in den Thread.
