Hallo!
Ich habe das gleiche Problem. Ich habe den Trojaner in folgenden Dateien:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\winekm.dll'
C:\System Volume Information\_restore

Ich habe ihn einmal gelöscht, einmal in Quarantäne verschoben, aber AntiVir schlägt immer an, sobald ich Windows hochfahre.

Kann mir jemand sagen, wie ich den Trojaner runterbekomme? Ich habe keine Ahnung von Viren, von daher wäre mir eine einfache Beschreibung ganz recht.

Achso, so lange ich nicht auf die Datei klicke, kann nichts passieren, oder?

Hi,

könntest du mir bitte auch ein Log von OTL geben:
Systemscan mit OTL

Lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop
  • Doppelklick auf die OTL.exe
  • Vista User: Rechtsklick auf die OTL.exe und "als Administrator ausführen" wählen
  • Oben findest Du ein Kästchen mit Output. Wähle bitte Minimal Output
  • Unter services und drivers bitte All anwählen.
  • Unter Extra Registry, wähle bitte Use SafeList
  • Klicke nun auf Run Scan links oben
  • Wenn der Scan beendet wurde werden 2 Logfiles erstellt
  • Poste die Logfiles hier in den Thread.

Außerdem bitte die Datei bei virustotal hochalden:

Dateien Online überprüfen lassen:
  • Suche die Seite Virtustotal auf, klicke auf den Button „Durchsuchen“ und suche folgende Datei/Dateien:

  • Lade nun nacheinander jede/alle Datei/Dateien hoch, und warte bis der Scan vorbei ist. (kann bis zu 2 Minuten dauern.)

  • Wichtig: Auch die Größenangabe sowie den HASH mit kopieren!

Hallo, ich hatte das selbe Problem seit 2 Tagen, bevor und nachdem ich Avira erneut habe. Ich hatte nach einer Lösung gesucht, anscheinend sind viele Meldungen wegen diesem Trojaner in den letzten Tagen erschienen. Sehr viele Benutzer klagen sich und tja ich bin eine davon. Avira meint dieser Trojaner würde ein Backdoor für Online Banking sein... ALSO habe ich ein Backup auf meine Daten erstellt, meine Windows Partition formatiert und bin diesem Trojaner so losgeworden. Das war für mich eine strenge und "sichere" Lösung so zu sagen (4 Stunden Windows Installieren + Software), da ich sehr viel mit Online Banking zu tun habe mußte ich mein online banking kennwort auch noch ändern. Naja.. was ist nun sicher auf dem Internet.

Hallo!
Ich habe versucht, einen OTL-Scan zu machen, allerdings reagiert das Programm nicht.

Außerdem habe ich versucht die Datei bei virustotal hochzuladen, ich finde die Datei im Windowssystem-Ordner aber nicht. Woran kann das liegen? Vielleicht weil ich den Trojaner in Quarantäne verschoben habe? Soll ich ihn per AntiVir wiederherstellen?

It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.
  • Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.
**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

Hi,

Scripten mit Combofix

  • Öffne den Editor ( Start -> Zubehör -> Editor ) kopiere nun folgenden Text in das weiße Feld:
Zitat:

Speichere diese Datei nun auf dem Desktop unter -> cfscript.txt
  • Nun die Datei cfscript.txt mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Sysmbol von Combofix ziehen!

  • Danach das Combofix nochmal ausführen, das System neu starten und das Log von Combofix posten


Hinweis: Das obige Script ist nur für diesen einen User in dieser Situtation erstellt worden. Es ist auf keinen anderen Rechner portierbar und darf nicht anderweitig verwandt werden, da es das System nachhaltig schädigen kann

Zum Thema TR/Agent.ruo Trojan - Hallo! Ich habe das gleiche Problem. Ich habe den Trojaner in folgenden Dateien: C:\WINDOWS\system32\winekm.dll' C:\System Volume Information\_restore Ich habe ihn einmal gelöscht, einmal in Quarantäne verschoben, aber AntiVir schlägt immer - TR/Agent.ruo Trojan...
