Hallo!
Ich hab wieder einmal ein Problem mit meinem Laptop: ich kriege einfach keine Verbindung mehr über WLAN hin, über Kabel läuft es ohne Probleme.
Habe das Speedport W 700V. Er baut zwar eine kabellose Verbindung auf, aber kurz danach stürzt der ganze Rechner ab und fährt danach wieder automatisch hoch.
Über Kabel funktioniert zwar alles, aber da ich nicht weiss was es ist, trau ich mich nicht privates zu erledigen (Online-Banking, Bestellungen mit Konto-Daten o.ä.).
Habe schon versucht mich schlau zu lesen, aber da gab es so viele Sachen, von defekter WLAN-Karte bis zu falschem Häkchen bei Einstellungen.
Kann mir irgendjemand helfen??? Habe Windows XP.

Also erstmal entschuldigung, dass ich meine Frage nicht richtig plaziert habe, aber war einfach schon zu spät gestern nacht...

So, hab den Auto-Neustart gestoppt. Bei drahtloser Netzwerkverbindung ist er sofort wieder abgestürzt, blauer Bildschirm mit Fehler:

Es wurde ein Problem festgestellt. Windows wird heruntergefahren, damit der Computer nicht beschädigt wird.

Also wie gesagt, WLAN stürzt sofort ab, und er ist auch langsamer geworden.
Wenn er erstmal mit Kabel im Internet ist eigentlich normal, aber irgendwie braucht er tierisch lange, bis er die Lan-Verbindung hinkriegt.


Es wäre echt schön, wenn mir jemand helfen könnte!!

Du schreibst XP? Mit SP3 + allen anderen Updates?

Sieht zumindest auf den ersten Blick nach einem Treiberproblem aus, möglich ist natürlich auch, dass der Adapter hinüber ist

Tut mir echt leid, wenn ich nicht sofort alle Daten liefern kann, aber ich kenn mich mit dem allen nicht so aus, für mich ist das teilweise immer noch ein Buch mit sieben Siegeln...

Muss ich jetzt denn noch irgendwas überprüfen, löschen, installieren???

auf der genannten Seite gibt es keine aktuellen Updates, ist bei mir auf automatisch eingestellt.
Hab aber keine Ahnung was mit SP3 gemeint ist... (peinlich).

Und kann ich dann auch ruhig wieder Online-Banking etc. machen??
Hab da noch ein bißchen Bedenken, oder war das jetzt wirklich nur die Verbindung zwischen Laptop und Modem??

Und soll ich jetzt auch wieder auf automatischen Neustart ändern?

Fragen müssen Dir nicht peinlich sein, wir haben alle einmal angefangen

SP3 = Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) enthält alle zuvor veröffentlichten Updates für das Betriebssystem.

Drück mal die Windowstaste + Pause, dann geht ein Fenster auf und da müsste stehen
System:
Microsoft Windows Pro
Version
Service Pack 3

Das mit dem Neustart kannst Du so lassen und falls Du nochmal Probleme hast, eröffnest hier einen neuen Thread und postest gleich die Bluescreenmeldung
Dieser Bluescreen wurde durch einen beschädigten/fehlenden Treiber verursacht, ob Dein System an sich virenfrei ist, kann ich natürlich nicht sagen.
Hast Du den noch andere Probleme?

Müsste dann ja eigentlich so i.O. sein, oder?

Probleme mit dem Rechner hatte ich eigentlich nicht, AntiVirus ist auf dem laufenden.
Nur dass er seit dem Problem mit WLAN echt langsam war mit Verbindung aufbauen, also über Kabel.
Oder laufen wieder diverse Programme nebenher, die nicht sein müssten?

Und wie kann es passieren, dass der Treiber auf einmal nicht mehr will? Kann da evtl. der Verursacher von außen kommen, oder kommt das ab-und-zu mal vor?
