Was du mal prüfen kannst ist ob sich Staub im Gehäuse und da speziell bei den Lüftern angesammelt hat und wenn ja, dann blas den mal raus. Bei meinem Bluescreen half es, IObit Driver Booster Free: http://www.iobit.com/de/de/driver-booster.php zu installieren und mit dem ein paar Treiber aktualisieren zu lassen. Danach kam der Bluescreen nicht mehr und ich deinstallierte danach Driver Booster wieder mit Geeek Uninstaller Free.

ok danke, kuck mir das mal an. komischer weise ist das problem erst nach dem bereinigen der malware aufgetreten, vorher unter windows10 kein bluescreen gehabt... soeben ist es wieder passiert...

Stichwort IObit Driver Booster Free,ich würde das Zeugs nicht installieren,das ist Müll.
Wirklich fehlende Treiber kann man auch manuell ermitteln und installieren bzw hat Microsoft alle erforderlichen Treiber
für Windows 10 in seiner Datenbank.

Noch ne andere Frage,ist es bei dir eine reine Windows 10 Installation oder ein Upgrade(wegen der Treiber)?

Wenn dein Laptop 4-5 Jahre alt ist, ist es nicht verkehrt wenn der mal ausgeblasen wird und wenn du dich da nicht rantraust, dann geh damit in einem PC Laden/Werkstatt in deiner Nähe die machen das in der Regel für nicht zu viel Geld mit Druckluftspray oder mit einem kleinen Kompressor. Was deinen Bluescreen anbelangt: bei mir trat der auch nur spradisch alle 2 Tage oder so auf und dann wenn ich etwas länger nicht am PC war und wie schon gesagt: nach Installation einiger Treiber mit Driver Booster kommt der Bluescreen nicht mehr. Kannst gerne im verlinkten Thread von mir alles nachlesen was da war.

Gebe dazu den folgenden Befehl "sfc /scannow" in der Eingabeaufforderung ein und>Enter.Als Administrator den Befehl ausführen.
