Ein Experte wird sich mit weiteren Anweisungen melden und Dir helfen die Malware zu entfernen oder Unerwünschte Software zu deinstallieren bzw. zu löschen. Bitte schildere dein Problem so genau wie möglich. Sollte es ein Trojaner oder Viren Problem sein wird ein Experte Dir bei der Beseitigug der Infektion helfen. |

| |  Trojaner? Nach Anmeldung weißer Bildschirm und Webcam an! Hallo zusammen, Mein Computer hat sich anscheinend einen Trojaner eingefangen. ich war im Internet unterwegs und plötzlich wurde der Bildschirm weiß und die LED der Webcam ging an. Wenn man den Rechner jetzt neu startet und sich einloggt passiert immer das gleiche, auch im abgesicherten Modus. Was kann ich da tun????? Der Rechner läuft mit Windows 7 (ich glaube 64 bit) Kann mir da jemand helfen? Vielen Dank schonmal! Grüße guido |

Schritt 1 Downloade dir bitte Farbar Recovery Scan Tool 64-Bit und speichere diese auf einen USB Stick (nicht in einen Unterordner!). Schliesse den USB Stick an den infizierten Rechner an. Du musst das System nun in die System Reparatur Option booten: Variante 1 - Über den Boot Manager Wenn du jetzt in den Reparaturoptionen bist, wähle Eingabeaufforderung.

__________________Vielen dank für die rasche Hilfe. Habe alles so ausgeführt bis zur Eingabe h:\frst64.exe...... Bei mir ist der USB Stick Laufwerk "h". Leider bekomme ich immer die Meldung das der Pfad nicht bekannt ist oder der Pfad falsch geschrieben wurde???? Was kann das sein und/ oder was kann ich jetzt tun????? Gruß Guido |

Hast du den Laufwerksbuchstaben wie angegeben in den Reperaturoptionen ausgelesen? (denn er kann dort anders sein als im laufenden Windows.)

Wenn ich in den nächsten 24 Stunden nichts von dir höre, gehe ich davon aus, dass sich das Thema erledigt hat und lösche es aus meinen Abos. Hinweis: Wir sind noch nicht fertig! Auch wenn die Symptome verschwunden sein sollten, kann dein System weiterhin infiziert sein und über Sicherheitslücken verfügen, welche eine erneute Infektion möglich machen.
