Moin

Habe auf meinem Laptop auch das BKA Problem.

Auf meinem PC habe ich folgendes getan:

Habe mir dann das runtergeladen: hxxp://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTLPENet.exe

Hiermit gebrannt: ISO Burner Download - ISO Burner 2.5

Die CD in den Laptop eingelegt und von CD gestartet

Der Laptop hat Windows XP.


Wenn ich "OTLPE" auf dem Desktop starte, kommt folgende Meldung:






Was soll ich nun machen?

dieses speicherst du auf nem usb stick als fix.txt
nutze nun wieder OTLPENet.exe (starte also von der erstellten cd) und hake alles an, wie es bereits im post zu OTLPENet.exe beschrieben ist.
• Klicke nun bitte auf den Fix Button.
es sollte nun eine meldung ähnlich dieser: "load fix from file" erscheinen, lade also die fix.txt von deinem stick.
wenn dies nicht funktioniert, bitte den fix manuell eintragen.
dann klicke erneut den fix buton. pc startet evtl. neu. wenn ja, nimm die cd aus dem laufwerk, windows sollte nun normal starten und die otl.txt öffnen,
log posten bitte.

kannst du den taskmanager öffnen, falls ja, über anwendungen, neuer prozess.
firefox oder iexplore.exe starten.
damm lädst du combofix nach anleitung, gehst wieder in den taskmanager, neuer task, durchsuchen, navigierst in deinen download ordner und startest combofix.
danach pc neustarten, rechtsklick ansicht, symbole einblenden und log posten.
combofix anleitung:
Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn dies von einem Team Mitglied angewiesen wurde!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich
ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.
Downloade dir bitte Combofix von einem dieser Downloadspiegel

WICHTIG - Speichere Combofix auf deinem Desktop
  • Deaktiviere bitte all deine Anti Viren sowie Anti Malware/Spyware Scanner. Diese können Combofix bei der Arbeit stören.
Starte die Combofix.exe und folge den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.

Wenn Combofix fertig ist, wird es eine Logfile erstellen. Bitte poste die C:\Combofix.txt in deiner nächsten Antwort.

Nur zum Verständnis.

Ich lade mir die Datei über den 2. PC und speicher die Datei auf einen Stick.

Starte dann den Laptop (da wo der Trojaner ist) mit diesem Notprogramm (REATOGO) und starte die Datei "Combofix" vom Stick bzw lade sie vorab auf den Laptop und starte sie dann.

Ich kann nämlich die Combofix Datei nicht mit dem Laptop runterladen, da der LAN Anschluss defekt ist und WLAN in dem Notprogramm nicht funktioniert.
