Hi erstmal, ich bin neu und hoffe das ich jetzt alles richtig mache

Ich habe seit längerem folgendes Problem:

Wenn ich meine ICQ starte (egal ob 5.1 oder 6 ...) trennt sich meine I-net verbindung und ich muss meinen PC neu starten damit ich wider eine verbindung herstellen kann! Ich hatte in meinem System32 mehrere Viren, aber die mit Escan entfernt. Laut AntiVir Guard, AVG AntiVirus und A-Squared bin ich jetzt Viren frei. Habe dies schon in zahlreichen Foren gepostet, dort konnte mir aber nie jemand richtig Helfen...immer hies es "Formatieren, formatieren, Formatieren..." <-- wäre aber meine entgültig letzte lösung!
